House hunting should/can be great fun IF you are not rushed and have time to do it right. I hope its great fun for you. I have lived in two houses as an adult and build them both (meaning that I had them built, doing only finish carpentry in each). So I have never bought an existing house. OK. I have been close to there. I worked on the Solid Rocket Motor for NASA for a number of years and would fly into Salt Lake and drive north to Ogden and Brigham City. Usually stayed in Ogden and worked out at Wasach. And I ski so I have been to Park City too.

I am fine with selling any or all of the MW weapons but I am not sure we have time to do so before we head back into the prison. And if we start selling things for half and splitting them 5 ways, the money just does not go that far. Maybe Mug would let you work a trade.
MW Composite +2 Strength bow would be 600 iirc. Not sure how much money you already have but we are not gonna get to 600 each with what we have. And not sure the town would have one for sale. If they do, Tolvan would loan you what cash he has available.
I am not for selling potions of Lesser Restoration. They are too valuable in combat. I'd rather sell the wand. Drinking a potion is a standard action. Using the wand takes 3 rounds. But we actually have 5 potions - one each, as I explained in my loot summary.
Was speaking more as Player that Character. She's not looking for money . Just indicating, expedition isn't as broke as it appears.

@DM - Ruling, I suppose... Does a siphon work like:
a) a potion (cure/cause)... depends on who it's applied to
or
b) channeling limited to who/what if effects (built in) harm undead/harm living
I'm hoping the first effect is targeted... harm undead (by drawing their energies)... but then you have an object of negative energy, whose effect depends on who it is applied to (like a potion).
So that Andjela could benefit from its negative energy effect, healing her instead.
I'm pretty sure it was described as a splash weapon. I hadn't thought of that before but that's a good idea. In later fights against the living, these siphons could be a ranged healing grenade, hitting Andjela for 1d6 healing and then the enemies surrounding her would take 1 point of splash negative energy.
Yes, I think once the siphon is used for its primary ability the negative energy from the secondary ability, which is grenade like iirc, might heal you.

Andjela needs to earn her keep! She's the tank! Just use the space she clears strategically, set up the flank, protect Kimmy.
I have been thinking about Tolvan's bow, and if there is a way to share it with Andjela. Its his bonded item so he has to have it to cast spells (DC20 + spell level to cast without it), but if he runs out of his few spells he could loan it to her. And if he goes down she should not hesitate to use it and his assortment of nice arrows.
I have a club. Can loan it to someone if they need it.

Now with AC of 21 with Mage Armor, Danica should be the main tank and Andjela should be the DPS monkey. Make sure you do lots of damage.

I wonder about that -- it seems like the most basic and easy of things to know: smash skellys; slice zombies. I can't imagine anyone who gets some formal training in it (represented by a skill rank and not just an Int. check) wouldn't have that told them day one.

I don't think her cover is blown. You have a perception check to notice that something happened about the time that Kimberly channeled energy to hurt the skeletons that seemed to hurt Andjela. What that was, weather or not it is repeatable, and what it might mean should not be apparent. We are in a ghost filled prison fighting the undead. During the fight Andjela is hurt by something. Remember you did not even know to use blunt weapons on the skeletons. :P
Right, all you might have noticed (with a Perception DC15) is Andjela was 'affected' by the same energy that hurt the skeletons. How she was affected, or even if it hurt her or not, was not noticeable. I'm leaving the specifics of the physical reaction, if any, up to Andjela.

what worries me the most is she may develop diabeties from this and that is what lead to her mother's passing a few years back
eeesh, that's no good. My father-in-law was recently diagnosed with diabetes. He's had to make a lot of life changes. Hopefully it doesn't get to that point for her!
