Andjela Kimberly has never been this scared in her life. the spirits that she is supposed to be in tune with have really hurt her, that is a new experience.

@never been this scared, Andjela's been around for 2 days? I'm sure she senses/gets Kimberly is special. but she's also a hysterical child and Andjela is in "war-mode". And it's difficult to pull off cuddly/sensitive with a blood-dripping serial killer's axe in your hand.

When we fight of a compulsion... Do we know what it was, what suggestion/ compulsion we fought off? Seems silly to me that succeeding in a Will Save leaves you ignorant.
No AoO. Their actions thus far were part of their surprise round. Unless you have something that lets you have an AoO in a surprise round of course.
I tend to agree with you Andjela, I'm not sure what the RAW is on that. Personally I think one would have an idea of the suggestion/compulsion that person had overcome.
RAW is that you know you were attacked. Might be a spellcraft to know what/how.
But what urge did you resist? Not asking about where it came from or the type of magic involved. Eh, just seems weird.

Reminding me of Evil Dead 2 where Bruce Campbell is being attacked by his hand, after he sawed it off.

Evil Dead 2 and Army of Darkness are Campbell's big break movies that put him on the map. You can see how young he looks.
My kids are bugging me to take them to see Evil Dead remake.
My kids saw Oz and they told me it was Army of Darkness for kids. Bruce Campbell has a cameo in it.
I remember Bruce in Hercules and Xena shows.
I'm a fan of Burn Notice and Sam Axe myself. I only saw the first Evil Dead, couldn't muster the excitement for the second.
I am not a fan of slasher type movies in general and am picky about my horror movies. I tend to like the strange ones. Life Force anyone? Phantasm? I have to admit being drawn to the Saw movies and Hostel, but its more an inability to look away than an enjoyment. Sorta the same with the Hellraiser movies. I do like plots with demons and religious themes too. The Exorcist was great in its day and I loved Constantine. But I never cared for the Daemon or Rosemary's baby types.
I'm the biggest scaredy-cat in the history of scaredy-cats when it comes to movies. I can hardly watch them. Gory ones, no way. Demonic/Satanic ones, right out. Just a big wuss - in regard to movies.
I can go to a haunted house or alone at night in a dark neighborhood and be fine. But put me in front of a movie screen with scary sounds and pictures? Terrified.

Oh, and for Lopper's Axe... I don't know when to add the extra damage.
Yeah, as for the axe, I've been adjusting it as needed. When you've added it when it wasn't needed I've adjusted the damage on my end. When it's been add-able but you didn't roll the extra d6 I added it on my own.
Basically the extra d6 applies to anything that's been beheaded, for a quick and dirty explanation.
