You would need anti-plague
Gotcha. I'm getting old, I can't keep these things straight anymore.

You search the fields and it appears there are no more nasties. Would you like to head inland to what looks like a man made area, or keep searching around by the beach?

sorry about the gap. i tried posting yesterday but the stupid forums seemed down all day
You head up the path into a jungle. A well-built timber stockade surrounds a small lodge in a jungle clearing. Vines wrap and strangle a great tree that rises next to the lodge, blocking light from above. Next to the tree is a bubbling spring.

Jothas sees a weathered spyglass sticking out above the stockade wall. He also notices that the spyglass has been deliberately fixed in that position. Also, there is a gate that is ajar.

The party goes in the stockade, and nothing jumps out at you. There is a tiny lodge, plus the spyglass that is fixed in its position.

You go in the lodge. It is a single chamber, loaded with furniture that looks like they came from a boat years ago. There is a huge stench of rot, and it is over powering. Flies are all around it.
Hanging from the rafters is a dead man with a wide leather collar attached to a chain.
On your way in, you turn towards the spyglass for just a second. You realize no one has examined it closely.

Johender stifles a gag reflex upon seeing the dead man, then quickly turns back toward the yard. I think I'll go examine the spyglass.

Johendar takes a peek through the spyglass. Low and behold..it is pointed at an area of the island where there are a pair of grindylows cavorting in the water of the cove.
Also, Jothas notices finds a silver ring sitting on the table inside the lodge.

He appears dead for a while. However, when Talfryn inspects the corpse, it begins to move. It is an evil undead.
Linark Abbadon
|
Linark garantees the body is not moving at all, before finding an alcove to bury it, if he can.
"Undeads everywhere! You've spotted the grindylows, you say? Shall we go after them now?"
Do we still have time before sundown?
Johendar Celestrum

Johender begins looking for a place to sleep. We should set watches obviously, and I doubt we should attempt a fire.
Rene Duquesnoy

You secure the gate and go to night watch sleep mode.
Everyone roll a fort save, as you have all been bit my mosquitoes.
Also, who got sick with the fever?

con: 1d3 ⇒ 1 and dex: 1d3 ⇒ 2
If you didn't get sick yesterday, you are doing a DC13 fort save.
