You are able to track the footprints down a path. You continue your sleuthy ways, then a terrible stench fills the swamp here, a fetid odor of cheap perfume and rotting flesh. A huge tree stands in the middle of a clearing in the swamp, draped with some sort of huge tent. Lurid, painted faces cover both the tree trunk and tent, and both are decorated with rotting humanoid body parts and carpets of squirming insects.

You can see a little in the tent and see rotting remains of humans, huge pile of filthy clothes, a vast bed of moldering cushions, and a copy of Shackles Today probably dated years ago.

Lini jumps up and claps her hands....Oh, sick!....Ghouls!..keep back friends.

Lini casts entangle on the group of ghouls, careful to not hinder the terrain directly in front of us and them. basically I want to trap them and not make it tough for us to get to them. If possible?

Entangle has a Reflex save of 14. Range is 560 ft...that is insane.

Droogami will then Defend Lini. What is the ruling if a character bites a ghoul, I assumed they would fall under the same disease effect.
