Right. If no-one minds, I'll keep one of the Studded Leather armors to sleep in? We should probably see about selling the rest of the stuff before we go see the king. Composite longbows are fairly valuable, we should be able to sell them for 100gp each. Unless someone wants one, of course.

I don't mind, I think it's probably best if we just sell things. We could divide the gold between us to spend or we could try to start saving for a wand of CLW, thoughts?

I agree, if we don't need something, we should sell it. A CLW wand would be good.

unless someone states other wise. you are selling the stuff.

As you make you way down the main strip you come across a armor and weapons shop call Figs Fighting Foundry. as you enter the shop and look around, you see weapons and armor of all types. there's a little dwarf at the counter sharping a blade.

"Welcome Folks!! My name is Fig. I be the own and operator of this fine shop. What can I do you for?"

Gears worth:

Bows = 150g each
Raptor = 20g each
studded leather = 25g each
buckler = 5g each
incase you wanna sell. Here is the worth. You may haggle BUT it will only work once for the whole party and prices may go up or down.
1st person to make a Diplomacy check will go for the whole party!

"Let's sell this gear and go find I drink. I haven't had a drink in far too long and I think I owe a few drinks.

John will go to the Tavern buy a few rounds and fill a couple waterskins with ale. When he gets the slightest buzz he will be ready to see the king. Shouldn't take more than 20 minutes.

I'll give the composit bow to whoever is going to go sell and buy a round for whoever comes to the Tavern with me.

GM:
I also want to fill my Flask up with their most expensive beverage when Gree-gree is not looking as long as I got my Flask back.

Also I wasn't sure if you wanted to play out the interactions in the Tavern so I just sped through it with my post.

Garrik waves to John, "Have fun drinking." he says as he follows everyone into the weaponsmiths shop.

Krumsh has no liking of merchants, and as such will accompany Logger to the nearest tavern.

There, he asks for permission so Rex can enter, assuring that the dinosaur is well trained and if kept fed is only minimally dangerous.

"I will have beef, and the same for Rex. And mead."

For those who adventure to the tavern across the street, you are greeted by another dwarf. "Hello travelers and err pets! Welcome to the Drunken Dragon. Please have a seat and I will get you a menu."

Menu:

Food - 1s per plate
Mead - 1s
Ale - 5s
Fine wine - 10G
Dragons punch whiskey - 20g

" We also have the famous dragons drinking game. you get 3 shots of Grog juice. Hold the 1st one down and everyone get a pint of Ale. Hold the 2nd one down and get a 20G credit. Hold the 3rd one down and...well no one ever held all 3 down. Its only 5g to play"

Drinking game rules:

The half-orc smiles and slams 5 gp and 3 sp down. "Beef and mead for him." he says a she nods to Rex "Beef and game for me."

Fort 2: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26

I... I can't believe my bad and good luck

The whole tavern starts laughing at the orc for upchucking the 1st shot up Grog juices.

" Well, atlest you got pass the smell. Grog is a foul mix of different alcohols and whatever’s handy. "

Marcus had been in something of a funk for most of the trip, staying silent, and periodically glaring daggers at the goblin. As they split with Garrik, he tells him, "You bet we will!" in farewell.

In the inn, he lives up, gamely spending his last meagre coin on entering the drinking game, after watching Krumsh lose his stomach in the doing. He pats the half-orc on the back repeatedly in consolation.

"Whaddo you say Johnny? Give the game a go, loser buys the other guy a drink?"

If yes, he'll slap his last 5 gold on the table, and attempts to follow John in the game.

Human Fighter 1 HP 11/11 AC: 19 TAC: 11 FF: 18 Saves: F:3 R:1 W:0 Init:+1 Perception +1

A smile crosses John's face as he hears the terms of the taverns drinking game. "I would never turn down a chance to drink you under the table,"He says fishing 5 gold out of his pouch. And lays it on the counter. "Line 'em up"

Fort: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25
Fort: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18

He downs the first two with ease but as he takes a whiff of the third he knows he is in for a bad ending.
Fort: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17

After he finishes wiping the last of the vomit from his mouth he smiles to the bar tender "You cab keep the credit give me some of that Dragon whisky to go, and don't think you've seen the last of me I'll be back and I will down that third glass"

After regaining control over his innards, Krumsh simply puts another five coins and whistles as Rex steps forward and looks at the glasses.

With the half-orc help, the allosaurus downs the drinks... and much to his surprise manages to outdrink him and reach Logger's levels of drinkability.

Dinodrink: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22
Drinksaurus: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23
Jurassic Shot: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11

But all good things must end, and the dinosaur drops to the floor dizzy as he has never been.

Almost to his own surprise, he downs the grog, tankard by tankard.

Slamming the last one down on the table, the priest raises his fist and roars in victory.

"Yeah! That's right, gentlemen!"

congrads! Marcus. you are s@~*face drunk and you have to see the king in a bit :)

The whole tavern is cheering with excitement over the 3 fools and the dinosaur playing the drinking game. " 3 rounds of ale for everyone, thanks to these fine folk" The dwarf starts yelling out. Everyone cheers and celebrates.
