The elf, or something more, stares you down with hate-filled eyes, clearly understanding he has to go through you to escape pursuit.

Counting once again on the Swift Justice of Hell, Thokzazt sprints toward the Malenti, dropping his shield to the ground with a CLANG as he approaches.

Both hands gripping the handle of his mace, his swings heavily, aiming for Center of Mass on Tsomo.

Ebonwolf's throw is dodged with a timely duck, before Tsomo steps back from Thokzazt and hefts the grenade in his hand, the fuse already burning from the fireballs intense flame! It lands at Thokzazt's feet, but does not explode, not enough of a distraction for Tsomo to land a hit on the Hellknight. The rage on Tsomo's face deepens, the pain of his wounds seemingly forgotten as the blood flowing down his body incites him to greater heights of fury.

I'm going to rule that the result was already announced, so you can use that reroll on a future attack.
Tsomo dodges Tad's holy weapons, just before the hissing grenade explodes, catching Ebonwolf and Thokzazt in a blast of flame that ignites the docks. William's shot is knocked awry by the sudden blast, narrowly missing Tsomo.

Without warning, a sudden rush of water surges upwards from the gate below, causing the dock to become flooded with water. The circling sharks glide on the rising tide to attack! Unfortunately, the water does not extinguish the ironflame fire, which continues to burn in the area.

Anyone ending their turn in the blast radius of the grenade will take damage. I've moved Shardra back, as I don't imagine she would move into the fire. Ebonwolf and Thokzazt can make saves to reduce the grenade damage.

Tsomo has nothing to say for himself, as Ebonwolf's axe sends him down, blood loss finally forcing him unconscious. The surge of water recedes, forcing the sharks back into the lower depths, where they proceed to swim away from their superior foes. Tad finds that William's less than lethal tactics have prevented Tsomo from slipping into shock, leaving him safe to face justice.
Lileone thanks you for all that you have done, swallowing her pride to apologize to Zahra. This leaves the undine overjoyed as she informs you all she has made financial arrangements with Razethka for another expedition to the shell settlement. All of you are invited to participate if you duties allow it.
Razethka covers any monetary damages caused during the chase and heartily thanks you for the entertainment. Zahra and Lileone put aside their difference and swim out to aid the poisoned reef, but their efforts alone are not enough. Thankfully, Razethka rallies workers from the city, and Honoke employs his sharks as beasts of burden, bringing together a coalition able to effect real change in the reefs ecosphere.
