No; I did not realize it had it. Still, that a net attack roll of '23' doesn't hit is a bit eye-popping for what appear to be a bunch of grunts.

Eerily, no blood issues from the several nasty bite marks Zeno has just been dealt, and he barely appears to have felt it.

May I, come my turn, take a 5-foot step back, despite teetering on the edge of the map?

"Tha more I go the stronger I Get!" Ebonwolf's Dwarven Waraxe begins to glow brightly as he grips it harder. Moving into the warhouse knowing Zeno and Shardra have the one in black covered. Seeking to help Thokzazt the Halforc Rushes up the stairs leading the way with his Dwarven Waraxe. He swings at the 'Guppie' in yellow garb roaring loudly as his weapons bites into scaled flesh. "WAAAGGGHHH!!!!!"

William shoves past the Sahaugin in front of him and moves towards the center of the warehouse. As he moves, he pulls out a more conventional firearm bearing the telltale design features of an Alkenstar make and tosses his Numerian cannon onto one of the crates. "Just where do you think you're going? Looking to bring this whole warehouse down on us?"

Zeno's arrows cause the sahaugin to pitch over backwards, blood spurting from the wounds in time with his heartbeat. William sees the retreating sahaugin fumbling with keys as he turns the corner of the stacks. Thokzazt can see the fleeing enemy stop by the loading door, but even that distraction does not allow his foe an opening. The cursed sahaugin tries to lash out at Tad, but fails to overcome the compulsion pushing him away. Instead, he moves past William to block the way further.

Ebonwolf's axe bites deeply into the sahaugins back, but she continues to move away, steps faltering only slightly! Caught in the flank, the sahaugin warrior ducks and dodges as best he can, but one strike manages to catch him along the leg. The trident strikes in return, Ebonwolf only managing to avoid it thanks to his magical acceleration. A snap of sharp teeth catches only air before the warrior moves to cover his leaders retreat.

He picks up his sonic rifle off of the crate, takes a step back, and tries to drop the fleeing leader.

Move to pick up weapon, Free to 5-ft step back, Standard to use Vital Strike, spending a grit on Covet Charge.

Sonic Rifle, Haste vs Yellow's Touch: 1d20 + 13 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 13 + 1 = 25 Probably has some massive cover bonuses. Guessing improved cover based on what the map looks like... but hey, I attack vs touch so let's do this!

William, the yellow sahaugin is ten feet up behind fifteen feet of balcony and a stack of crates. You're a damn good marine, but I don't think anyone can make that shot. ;)

Hey, if William is 15 ft away from the balcony and is 6'2" tall, then the angle of his shot must satisfy the following formula:
theta > arctan ((balcony height - William's eye level) / William's distance from balcony)
theta > arctan ((10' - 6') / 15')
theta > 14.9 degrees

Continuing that trajectory, he'd be able to hit any foe who satisfies the following formula:
tan (14.9 degrees) = (foe's height in ft) / (foe's distance from edge) Foe's height in feet > tan (14.9 degrees) * foe's distance from edge
h > tan (14.9 degrees) * 15 ft = 3.99 ft.

Now if that sahaugin is in fact completely behind a stack of crates... well... not much William can do about that... but I felt like doing math because it seemed silly.

If he can get line of sight (at all) within a single move action, he'll take the same action but with his stun gun instead, drawing it as he moves. Same attack roll, deals 1d8+1 nonlethal damage, so 2d8+1 on vital strike.

Not sure why I bothers trying to work out lines when this move works just fine. XP Soft cover, but against touch means yes.
