Tad whispers to Yuka,
On the way to the warehouse, Tad asks the party to wait for a moment outside a shop, if Yuka directs him to one. If the area feels at all unsafe, he asks Ebonwolf to come with him.
As the party is walking, Tad asks the others, "Are some of you willing for me to use magic that will make it so that you might be hurt slightly in order to keep a companion from dying?" Offering a casting of Life Pact; unfortunately, only 5 participants
| Grandmaster TOZ |
"Sure thing, there are plenty of folks with scrolls. I recommend Dorian Warden's Oddities, but there are at least a half dozen. Just don't go by Zilvazarat, he gets some questionable goods from gods know where."
Yuka bids you all good luck as you dive back into the flow of traffic. Tad does find a plethora of scrolls for sale before exiting into the less traveled industrial district. The humidity lowers sharply, as the party feels the heat coming from the Glass Pit, a massive furnace kept ignited as the sole source of fire in Vialesk.
Stevedores and city guards are the main occupants on the streets as you arrive at the warehouse address. The building is a respectable size, at least two stories, with multiple large loading doors on either end and to the side. A wooden fence blocks the alley between it and its neighbor.
William Iosef Blazkovich
|
In as hushed of tones as William is ever able to achieve, he gives some quick orders, despite his lack of command status. "Fan out and inspect the entrances and exits. No rash moves, if these guys bought as much ironflame powder as the notes say, this place could be rigged to blow. Do not so much as touch a door handle until Comrades Zeno AND Shardra concur that it isn't rigged. Expect resistance..."
William checks his sonic rifle is good to go, then slings it across his back for quick access.
"Move out!"
He approaches quickly and quietly, then begins to assess the exterior of the building for any... potentially destructive modifications. Particularly those implemented with concrete and ironflame.

Thokzazt
|
Drawing on the powers of Hell, Thokzazt looks at William before he turns the corner of the Warehouse. With a snap of his fingers, a small red imp appears on William's shoulder, with a matching one on Thokzazt's. "I will watch the alley. Point at me and speak to the Imp and I will hear it as clear as if I were there. On your command, Comrade!"
Hefting his shield from his back, Thokzazt stands near the Alleyway, awaiting further instructions.
Hellknights can cast Message, right?
| Grandmaster TOZ |
Ebonwolf and Thokzazt keep watch, noticing a guard patrol marching down the street. William sees little in the way of modifications, noting that the warehouse is aged but sturdy. No windows are present, even near the roof thirty feet above. The marine can see good locks on the cargo doors, and hear the sounds of movement inside, the familiar noise of manual labor.
| Shardra - Iconic Shaman |
”I am also ready to enter although I think that somebody with some more skill in stealth should check this area out and look for an entrance that we can use! Maybe it is the cargo door. Maybe not. “
| Shardra - Iconic Shaman |
"Then let us move in, right?"
Shardra moves to the cargo doors and checks for traps.
Perception: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (1) + 12 = 13

If she does not see any traps she will open the door.
William Iosef Blazkovich
|
Forgot to mention earlier, but totally put a life pact on me. I'll happily take hits for people. That's my plan anyways!
"Well... there are 2 ways this goes. One... we knock and convince them to open up. Say it's a delivery or something... Two..."
He points to the sonic rifle on his back.
William Iosef Blazkovich
|
William beckons for someone of keener sight to follow and makes his rounds about the warehouse, checking to see if any of the doors are unlocked, or if a forced entry will be required. Rather than staying on the down-low, he maintains an air of confidence as though he should clearly be there, looking more like he's inspecting the warehouse next door as a possible rental location.
Bluff: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (15) + 11 = 26
"Hrmm... I dunno, do you think this will be large enough? I'm a bit worried about security though. I know the rent is reasonable though so we could afford some private employees too..."
If none of the doors are open for access, he'll motion for the party to assemble closer to the crates in the northeast and remain out of sight if at all possible.

William walks up and grabs another side of the door, nods to Thokzazt, and on the count of 3 gives him the leverage he needs.

With a mighty effort, the Pathfinders find the door too sturdy to burst open. Thokzazt switches to his mace, a few expert bashes of the adamantine enough to permit entry. As the door opens, stacks of crates are revealed, packing the lower floor, while a 10 foot high balcony holds fewer crates.

Oh my. It seems that I get to go first! :D
As the Spears and Arrows clang off Thokzast's armor, the armor itself begins to limn with a fiery glow. "THIS ACTIVITY IS UNLAWFUL, AND FOR THAT YOU WILL FIND JUSTICE!" he bellows, as his heels glow a little brighter, and Thokzast's footsteps sound as a whole battalion of marching Hellknights. Sorry for the late posting yesterday and today have gotten away from me.
Feeling the deep spiritual magics wash over him Ebonwolf feels his legs and arms begin to move faster than expected. Smiling and whispering a small prayer "Torag Pour a-nutter pint, provide me with ya Divine Favor and watch." Rushing into the Warehouse Ebonwolf attempts to give the rest of the group and advantageous footing. Stepping up the Sauhaugin in red clothes he swings his Dwarven Waraxe at the beast.

William rushes forward, strange cannon in hand, laughing manically. He takes a position in the center of the warehouse, doing his best to prevent the sahaugin from flanking the party. Completely unprepared for the sonic blast, the sahuagin is rocked by a direct hit. Upstairs, Thokzazt narrowly misses his mark, the stumbling foe being more unpredictable than expected. Zeno prepares his weapon as the remaining foes leap into action. Thokzazt's armor protects him from the darting stabs and sharp teeth of his enemy, while William suffers a lucky strike that almost catches him in a vital spot.
