@Brallenera, you can also get the Ioun Stones for other stat bumps - they are 8k each for non-stacking and 16 or 24k for stacking, depending on whether you will want a +4 or +6 total.

@TriShadow I think we are all 8-9, so something in tier would be preferred, but play what you want. We've a Sorcerer (Int based), an Alchemist, an Oracle, a Barbarian, and a Swashbuckler, so anything would be great!

So, a couple of things.

First, Spackle picked up an orc hornbow as a boon from a scenario. So, I am aware that they are not normally PFS legal, but he's able to have it.

Second, Spackle's go to tactic is to start Song of the Fiery Gaze as soon as possible, then use his wand of Obscuring Mist the following round. Long story short, we have either concealment or total concealment from bad guys more than 5' away, but we can see clearly in the cloud. The downside is that this means no traditional bard bonus to hit or damage.

If that is something we would rather not do, I have no problem just dropping the traditional Inspire Courage and plucking away with the bow or casting support-ish spells.

I picked up the orc hornbow on my flame dancer bard as well and pursue similar tactics.

Wow! Never thought about that tactic! Very cool.

It has definitely skewed the outcome of a number of combats. Like nearly feeling guilty. I mean, we all got over it pretty quick, but still.

Had a similar idea, but with sylph rogues with spring attack and a reach weapon.

If that's ok, i'll have copied the formulae from Andor we didn't have time for at the previous briefing, after that mission.

This scenario doesn't actually have a map until the 4th combat. I do apologize for the slow pace; 13 pharmacists in my area have left the chain I work for since October, I have had to put in obscene amounts of overtime that has made it difficult for me to keep pace. Will try to keep things moving.

To be clear, Melisande is very much self-focused, whether that is on her own preservation or her own pleasure. She is by no stretch of the imagination good, but she is too observant to not realize the implications of purely evil actions, whatever Nocticula may desire.

Sorry, never got a confirmation on that, but going with the assumption that Eldis is actually the purple bordered token, in which case I would reposition my fireball to get the three remaining guards and avoid him, and hopefully have had it go off before Brallenera charged into the mix so she doesn't get confusion locked on me...
