I'm quite new to PbP so I'll shout out if anything confuses me! Sorry I haven't posted anything up yet, been a little busy and distracted from checking Paizo. I won't be distracted once we start though! Got my notifications set ;)

ShadowLord, is there a thread with the basics of PbP playing? I can't seem to find ANY of these areas where I can edit a character or input information. I keep checking my aliases but I can't seem to find a place to update information and whatnot.

I feel like such a pest, I wanted to be on this much earlier but November snuck up on me. :) I'm still able to play! That should be much easier than all this setup. xD

Ok I copied one of your character's bios on their alias page and edited mine to look the same. Let me know if I'm missing anything, I'll put my spells up there also in a bit.

I think I did everything right.

I can post a lot. Sometimes I may be posting several times a day in response to other people to keep the RP going between us. If you feel like the pace becomes too fast for you, do not hesitate to ask me to slow down or adjust the pace. My goal is not to exclude or isolate players from the game and I want to give everyone an equal chance to post, but I also want to reward frequent posters with responding to as much RP as they are putting in.

I work 8-5 during the week but I'll probably be reading posts at work and formulating plans for when I get home, so I'll be posting a bit too. However the last thing I ever want to do is exclude people, that's half my issue with playing on VTTs anyways, so always take my posts as input/suggestions rather than what we're doing. I always want the full party's vote if possible, unless someone just isn't responding in time, hehe.

Apologies I was involved in an accident last week, and I got a bit shaken up and scrambled, I'm trying to catch up on my games now.

Well done gang! You've met both success conditions and the hidden third objective :) You've unlocked not one, not two but all three boons available on this mission. Congrats!

I'm going to start working on your chronicle sheets tonight. I need a few pieces of information to fill out the chronicles and submit the paperwork to the convention organizer. Please do me a favor and PM me the following three things as soon as you can:

1) Player Name
2) PC Name <I think I got this one>
3) PFS #
4) Faction
5) Email address

If you have a dayjob, go ahead and roll that puppy now.

Since this is being played under a con-like event (PbP Gameday 3), we all get a chance to win an additional special boon for the event. I'm going to follow this post with a roll for each player and myself, sorted alphabetically with the GM last. On a roll of a 1 or a 20 you will get your choice of one of the three boons.

I'm running a Confirmation right now for some co-workers and I had never read the module before. They've all run it before and they failed their survival checks while trying to get to the cave before nightfall, so they camped for the night which means Uori won't be there, he was attacked. ;)

I love how this module has a lot of variety to it.

Ok I've finished the chronicles, just waiting on Sparrow's info and one other small thing.

We can do a multi-part, I'm down for it. Anyone care? I've played destiny of the sands 1-3, but none of the other multi-part ones.

Ok how about the trilogy of The Quest for Perfection? First up: #3-09: The Quest for Perfection—Part I: The Edge of Heaven

I'm not sure I want to run Newis again, but I do have a fresh level 2 (got a guy from 1 to 2 but hated his build so I redid the whole character) who I'd LOVE to play in a campaign, haha. I'm playing him this weekend so it'll have to be after Sunday but I'm totally down! If we need more players let me know, I've got a few other friends who have been watching me do these PBPs and they really like them.

I am going to be brutally honest; I've only ever glanced at ONE chronicle sheet before doing the module and that was the final part of Quest for Perfection. I wanted to know if the chronicles for multiparters were much more grand in some way and had a peek, but I cannot unsee what I have seen. For selfish and terrible reasons, I'd rather save that one for a character I plan to make in the far future. IM SORRY IM AWFUL. But I'm definitely down for anything else. I believe this is my current list....

If you guys want to do something bigger and more grandiose then a scenario we can do a sanctioned module instead, but I'm afraid we won't finish that in time for PbP Gameday 3 Boon qualification (if any of you care).

After thinking it over, I'd rather do a one-shot, but that's only because I'd rather run the multi-part scenarios with my friends in the party with me. Not that you all weren't tons of fun. :P

If you'd like, Shadowlord, I could talk to my co-workers/friends and see if a couple of them want to run something in a separate PBP. Not trying to pull you away from these fine folks, but if you're up for it, hehe.

Send me a PM on what you are thinking Newis. If the rest of the group wants to do a multi-part adventure perhaps I can split off you with your friends and let them do the multi-part together.

I completely over-committed for Game Day, and have been involved in too many scenarios for now. I'll bow out of a continuation, as much as I enjoyed it.

If the others would rather not play that one, I think Shadow's Last Stand would also be fun. Though if Newis is going to split off with his friends anyway, I'd prefer Quest of Perfection over Shadow's Last Stand.

I am down from something that qualifies for PbP Gameday 3 Boon. I might be using Nym in another game; so I'd could be using a different character. Not sure yet.
