Glad you got the xp you needed! We're still playing the scenarios Alie needs, so please hang in there!

No worries, and take the time that you need. Best of luck!

![]() |

Oh goodie! Now to wait for level 13..... Flurry of Telekinetic Maneuvers..... or just Haste every round for a round.....

![]() |

No worries. I was reading along since I have played it before and have to say, that last fight was a doozy for me as well. Yay confusion! (I almost one shot the Wizard I was standing next to.)

![]() |

DM whooped us good in that one. I'm out to get revenge in the next one.
And yes, thanks for everyone being patient with me. One more scenario and I'll be ready to start the REAL test!!

![]() |

Oh, that last fight is quite the doozy, especially if someone decides to start a fight with all the things at once, and the dancing starts.

![]() |

For this scenario, I am willing to wait.

![]() |

You'll notice I'll be doing it quite often myself once the fights start and I'm fairly close. Or I'll stab a thing with my blade.

![]() |

Alie: just make sure to cast defensively when appropriate. ;-)

Lol, you mean actually going ahead with my idea, and not forgetting midstream? That's good advice, DM!

Oooooh, Wardens of Sulfur Gulch is fun! I just finished it last week at a local gameday. Going to follow up on that, as your group sounds fun!

![]() |

Just played that at a local con last month, it was a good one. Except my character was completely useless in one of the combat scenarios.

![]() |

The whole group seems to be quite a hoot. Looks like I need to get my role play muscles a stretch and ready for a workout, haha. Love the fact that the role play aspect is being held.

Here's some news and recent development. I wanted to let you know that things aren't great for me these days, with little time to post and even less to think about any kind of decent post contents-wise. My family life is very full (my second child, born last summer, takes way more time than I had anticipated), and I have very limited attention to give to PbPs as a whole at this time and in the weeks/months to come.
Considering this, I think that starting EotT in these conditions would be a mistake from my part, and would expose you to be effectively "locked" in it with a possible drop out from my part in the middle of it. While I would really enjoy GMing this serie for you, I don't think that would be the sensible thing to do. I'm really sorry about this, and I hope you didn't miss out an opportunity to play EotT with someone else while you waited.
Would you like me to advertise for another GM in Flaxseed Lodge? With a group already set and almost ready, it would surely be easier to find one than to start from scratch.

![]() |

No need to apologize for family. When my son was born, I had to take a step back as well. I do not think I could handle a second child. You are doing the responsible thing and I greatly appreciate that.
As to finding us a new GM, that would be ideal. And like you said, easier to do since you already got a group of players together and the scenario has yet to start.

I agree, Lithrac. If you're having some real life stuff, that is always the most important. Best of luck with all of that. Thoughts to you.

![]() |

Real Life comes first.
Come September I am going to run into an issue myself, if this goes that far along. But if we get done before September I should have no issue.

![]() |

Bold, you would be awesome. I would ask a favor if the others would still allow it. I'm the one Lithrac is helping to finish up my last scenario before I am eligible for EotT. It shouldn't take more than two or three weeks. But if the others want to start
Now, I completely understand that too.

No problems, Lithrac! Taking a step back is generally best when life decides to go into Overhaul Mode. Best of luck, and better wishes!
Hello Mister Strider! Just waiting on Alie to grab her 33rd XP, and I think we may be good to go, with final adjustments being readied of course.
Alie, I am fine waiting for you, haha. I've got many other characters to play, so take your time and have fun. You're in a great scenario, as I have played that one with my summoner.

![]() |

Alie, I am willing to wait for you as well. No great need for this character at the present.
GM Bold Strider thank you for stepping in.
