Exploring the damp hallway finds that it leads to what seems like a magical spring. Warm, steamy water splashes down into the center of this small pool, and a set of stairs leads down into the water. Examination with detect magic finds that it is enchanted with spells to bring the water from the surrounding rock, purify it, and either warm or cool it to a desired temperature.
Moving further into the next hallway reveals a larger room with a series of small shrines along the wall. Most have been despoiled, but the one at the end of the hall has been turned into a nest by the drakes, apparently, with a small pile of nearly worthless treasures -- copper pieces, bits of glass and base metal -- along with a few items of actual worth: a shining pearl, an ivory wand with a blue gem at the end, and a cloak embroidered with eyes.
The shrines can be recognized from the remains of their contents as having originally been dedicated to Shizuru, Sarenrae, Aroden, and Torag.
To the south, a hallway leads south, connecting with the large hallway full of traps that you discovered when you entered the dungeon. Was it possible you missed this doorway before? More likely, it was blocked or concealed in some way, and the drakes, fleeing, used this route to escape the dungeon.
I'm sorry that I somehow missed describing the connection from this room to the main hallway where you entered the dungeon.
Speaking of the drake, what do you want to do about the remaining one - let it bleed out or stabilize on its own, finish it off, or heal it and interrogate it?

Seoni / lucklesshero pregen lv4 |

Sorry GM I thought Prisim had that handled, looks like Daeron is the only one of us that speaks Draconic so I'll aid his diplomacy check. Daeron could you ask the Drake why it's down here? What else is down here (besides his dead friends), and what he/she knows of this place? Does it know where the dead woman lies or her sword? Seoni realizes they have a prisoner of sorts and hurries over to Prisim. Hold up Amiri, one of the little Drakes that attack us is still alive. Perhaps it can tell us something about this place? Seoni moves over to near Prisim and the Drake and motions Daeron to follow. She turns to Daeron, You know Draconic, yes? ...Good..tell it we won't hurt it. We were just defending ourselves. The drake's reptilian face isn't as expressive as a humanoid's, but you get the impression that if he could, he'd be smirking. "Yes, Skeshnil lives -- he was alive before any of you, even you elf, were born, and will live on when your corpses are turned to dust and forgotten!"
Assuming the question about the samurai sisters is asked:
"Old corpse in the casket? It had a beautiful sword, too beautiful to leave in an old stone box. Skeshnil added the treasures to his hoard, and had us dump the body in the storage room."
