After the boys conclude their comparing games, nothing happened at the door.
Thus, the team cautiously opens it.....oh dear....
Closing the door quickly, then opening it again, nothing is there now, but an empty room overgrown with crustacians and coral.
------
After opening the other door..
This room is completely submerged and devoid of anything of value or interest. Its only defining feature is a hole in the center of the floor.
Harlis Underbough |
During the trip outwards and back Harlis pulled out his wand to patch the injuries of the ghouls and look for diseases from them swimming. Returning he enchanted himself with Heroism to help his swimming again as the Good Hope was long expired. The casting a detect magic cantrip to examine the area as they proceed.

"Thankyou Harlis.. I needed that."
GM Chyro |
Pushing this forward.
The team descends down the hole, ending upon the floor of another sunken ship, upon which the former had collided.
Around you is a wide display of weapons, but all in such a rusted and some partially overgrown with coral, that none of them are of any use anymore.
Vassago, with his darkvision, is first to spot -the other- visitors to the ship.
Two green skinned, scaled, humanoids armed tridents, and two big sharks.
Skum. Aquatic humanoids, often scavengers in behavior.
They are cold resistant.

How did Spenser's post not update the thread for me..
Sele strikes out at the shark, dealing 23 dmg, which Vassago follows up with his own blade.
By poseidon's beard, it was close, but a miss.
Spenser takes some distance, provoking an aoo.

Harlis Underbough |
Harlis holds his blade aloft. "More foes! Iomedae aid them for they are just!" he calls to inspire the small band of Pathfinders.
Using Iomedae's inspiring sword to grant all allies +2 sacred bonus to Attacks, Saves and Skills for the next two rounds.

The team feels bolstered by Harlis' call for aid, and they fight with extra vigor.

Of note, guys. The red marked area, the darker grey squares, are blocked off. This due to the upper ship having crashed into that portion of the lower ship.
Spenser Quixote |
Sir Spenser Quixote doesn't let such a trifling thing as an odd angle stop the righteous ire of his lance!
Since I'm trying to fight with a reach weapon, but am hemmed up against blocked terrain, I am attacking green's further square (I can do that, right?):

GM Chyro |
Sorry Spenser, it's as i thought it would be.
The shark being adjacent prevents you from using the lance against it.
Spenser Quixote |
Fine, then. I delay until Harlis can get out of my way.
Spenser Quixote |
Isn't it severely hampered underwater? And wouldn't I need to be screwed out of a full attack this round if I swapped weapons?
GM Chyro |
Less hampered than a lance. You could drop the lance (free) draw the sword (move) and regular attack, full attack next round again.
I'm just thinking out loud here, of course.
Vassago Ilsidore |
Vassago creates more water buffer and tries again. "Here comes the pain, tu cucarachas!"

Spenser Quixote |
Less hampered than a lance. You could drop the lance (free) draw the sword (move) and regular attack, full attack next round again.
That's what I thought. I'd rather delay until Harlis can move, so I can 5-foot step and make a full attack, with my lance, this round, against a different target.
Sele the Thorn |

GM Chyro |
Spenser delays, waiting for Harlis to act.
In the meantime, Vassago makes another swing at the shark, but it misses again.
Sele's sword on the other hand..... it removes part of the shark's upper head, leaving the nose and eyes part floating upwards.

Fit for an action flick, sir Spenser thrusts his lance through the water, the tip into the torso, skewering a lung and the heart, before protruding from the other side.
The skum, eyes wide open in surprise and agony, makes a few spasm, before it utterly dies.
Kratos would be proud.

Vassago might be thinking the skum have some feminine features, having troubles hitting women in the past already.
Sele is having nothing of it, and proceeds to hack into more shark.
While his 2nd swing would normally miss, Iomedae's blessing causes his strike to be fair enough to hurt the carnivorous fish.
23 dmg to the shark.
The remaining skum is none too pleased with its comrade's demise, yet nonetheless keeps assaulting il Don Juan of the party.

I think he does. +12 on regular attack, -2 underwater, -2 PA, +2 inspiring sword.
