Squeezing is mentioned as movement, but it doesn't mention being able to squeeze into a square occupied by another.

I figure I'd have to basically be in a prone position to do it; if that's an acceptable balance (bird flying overhead of a crouching/prone Vassago), then I would be ok with that. It's not defined in the rules at such, but it seems to be a fair visualization of what is going on, if you deem it acceptable.

Are you calculating burn as 1 hp = 1 burn or as 1 burn = 1 hp per lvl?

To my understanding, any ammunition, or weapons considered ammunition like darts, are retrievable with the roll. Unless it's ammunition with the 'retrievable' quality, then you can pick them back up. My monk's shuriken have been played as such so far.
