Got my HIM Diploma with Honours. Preparing to write the national certification exam on Monday.

Well, the certification exam was challenging. But I think I did well on it...
Got my NCE results back.
I passed! I'm now a Certified Health Information Management Professional!

I understand Health Information Management is a rapidly-growing industry.
What exactly does that involve?
Mainly, it involves organizing medical record data, coming up with policies and procedures to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of said data, and migrating existing medical data from a paper format to an electronic format that can be used by medical practitioners across Canada, whether they're in public or private practice.
Basically, when doctors and nurses provide medical care, we're responsible for ensuring that records of said medical care can be readily referenced by those within the patient's circle of care.

So, hey, since you're basically in charge of Canadian health care now, mind fudging the books a little for a few Oregon addresses? C'mon, what's some socialized medicine between friends? I've got 500 bonus xp here with your name in it.
So I'm thinking about resuming the game this week, but it would be nice to make sure at least a good number of players are available to participate the day of so we can sort of jump-start things. To that end, I'm thinking we resume either Monday or Wednesday morning. Thoughts?

Either is good. I do typically post less on Mondays since it's one of the days I take off.
I check the boards most mornings, but I don't have a lot of posting time other than that these days. Wednesday will definitely be better for me, but I can't guarantee a large volume of posting either way.
Monday is good, Wednesday is OK, but I have an afternoon doctor's appointment, so it's not AS good.
I'm aiming for tomorrow! As long as we're around a little, that's gonna be great, I think. I'll try to have the reintroduction post ready to post by tomorrow morning.

What's the significance of Farrukh being the only one without "the stink of prophecy"? Am I forgetting something?
I shot you a PM about it! Don't worry, I haven't forgotten that Farrukh canonically smells real bad because he never bathes because "there's no mechanical disadvantage" and "a bathtub is basically a fountain trying to trick you, and no adventurer worth their salt trusts a fountain".

Hey, the fountain thing is an attitude that keeps you alive and un-cursed at a certain point in Rise of the Runelords, so it's not completely baseless. =)
So, speaking of the apocalypse, the sky is yellow and ash is falling down. We aren't in the path of any fires, but the air quality and light levels are so bad (imagine a whole world in sepia, except someone accidentally cranked the "urine" filter to maximum) that I'm not getting a lot done. Things are supposed to be better tomorrow, but I'm not gonna be keeping up with much until I can open windows again!

Alternative interpretation: Never in history has an unborn child more vehemently declared their contempt for the gender binary.
Things Are Not Better Today so uh, yeah, gonna be a bit longer.
So, yeah, we'll be back when I can see blue in the sky again. The AQI is going back down to "Unhealthy" levels, at least, and is no longer off-the-charts. We have AC and in the apartment, we're doing okay.

We only got those for about a day, and then it was just sickly yellow or endless pale silver.
Sorry, work snowballed for a few days after things cleared up and I'm still pulling myself back into things!

Sorry for the quiet—I'm still looking for time, but I don't want to keep posting "maybe tomorrows" until I actually have a post ready. Election stress and quarantine stress and work stress all kind of piled on unexpectedly again. Y'know. It's 2020.

No worries; I'm sure we've all been feeling the strain.
Should we set up like an email reminder system for when players should post? I may be the only one who doesn't use the forums regularly, but I would definitely appreciate if someone could send me an email when the game is "live". (I know Feral used Facebook before, but I don't check FB often enough any more, either!)
I think we all have Discord; we could set up a server there?
