D'oh I forgot to ask Rysky if they wanted in. Rysky is great i've played in several games with them!
The halfling bard Mirabella is a well done charector and If you needed stamps of approval I certainly approve!

![]() |

You can still ask him, I'd say that bard is high on the list of the applications so far.

Oh man and Game master Scotty shows interest too?... best cleric I ever played with. *nods* Ran with He and Rysky in a mostly completed Reign of winter. You were right in the recruitment when you said there were a lot of great applications!

![]() |

It seems Canacha has startrd some RP in the recruitment, not bad gives me a chance to see the chars alive so to speak before picking a few.

Lena Silas |

I'm back from holiday. Looks like we've got a strong set of applicants going.
I have played for Iff. He GMed some of my first PbP games. I learned a lot from him on how to run a game.

![]() |

Welcome back Lena, hope you had a good vacation.
Submitted cahracters - This is the list over every submission, if you have any recommendations I would love to hear em, I'd like to pick someone we all feel are good choices for breathing new life into this. You can write here or in PMs I'm fine with both. :)

Canacha Bais |

I had hoped Rysky would get something together in time, but no matters :p
My favorites in order.
1.Mirabella Lindenbrook!!! - oh and !!!
I really like how well this charector is put together and how helpful she has been. Plus I have a good feeling about her :)
2.Dame Resadona Jarvis. - This one has personal feelings all over it, but I've played in several games with scotty and he is very good. He is usually a very good glue charector keeping everyone on track with whats going on and what we had planned moving forward.
3. Bicks Velin/Logan Tannerson - It was a toss up between these two next, really I think either would work fine. One fits the more arcane needs of the party, the other well just fits with usefulness... I've always enjoyed a good Oracle.

![]() |

Also I wanted to add that in all honesty every application had a charector i think would have worked out great so I wont be upset by any choices made. Man there were a lot of great applicants.
Yeah that has been my biggest problem as well, had to consider if 7 players is to much for this game also.

Mirabella Lindenbrook |

Helpful halfling reporting in!
Thrilled to be here. Thank you all, especially to Canacha for the repeated support. I’ll do everything I can to fulfil those expectations.
I purposely built the connection to Laria into my background as a way to easily get me introduced. I have a couple of ideas to build on, which I’m happy to discuss here, through pm or messenger/WhatsApp, if anyone uses that. Feel free to connect with me on your prefered IM app.

Logan Tanessen |

Hello, Logan reporting in for duty!
Perhaps some members of the Bellflower Network could introduce Logan, he got himself in a spot of bother with the magistrate (he rescued some halfings from the guards killing several in the process). Nothing a forged writ of habeas corpus couldn't fix however.

![]() |

Since Laria runs the Bellflower Network in Kintargo I think I'll have you introduced as a new member of the rebellion through the aid of Mirabella. I'll have to give it some thoughts on how exatly.
What do you think of the idea Mirabella?

Jack Duncloak |

Welcome to the game Bicks, Mirabella, and Logan!

Sounds good.

Micheria "Mic' Musca |

Well welcome to the party folks.

![]() |

I have some good ideas as to how I introduce you to the group. As it's quite late in europe I will write them up tomorrow and you can start roleplaying a bit before I move the story forward.

Logan Tanessen |

Sounds good! :)

Micheria "Mic' Musca |

Wow, I have a couple busy days and there are twenty posts. I will catch up in a bit.

![]() |

To the new players in the party I forgot to tell you to take the rewards for the rebellions rank in the creation thread so they come here.
Rank 2: You get a bonus skill point to add to any skill as long as you don't increase it over 4.
Rank 3: You have been given a single potion worth up to 300gp.
Rank 4: You can pick a bonus feat from the following feats: Alertness, Deceitful, Persuasive, or Stealthy.
I can't seem to find the loot sheet, so I'll be making a new and go over book one to see what loot has been found and used.

Logan Tanessen |

OK in that case lets put the bonus skill point in diplomacy and select Persuasive and a cure moderate wounds potion.

Jack Duncloak |

I'll be without internet access on Sunday and Monday. Please bot my PC as needed.

If there is nothing els you wants to get done, I'm going to start the holding house event this weekend.

![]() |

You gave freed the armigers and am I to assume you want to sneak out and tell Octavio the news so he can return to the city?
Other than that we now enter the part of the book where what events will happen is based on your ability to gather the required information in town or wait tell you are contacted by others.
For the new players to gather information about certain events in Kintargo I need 3 rolls from you.
A gather information check, a d4 for the amount of hours you spent and a d10 so I know which pieces I need to give you.

![]() |

It would probably be best if you retire for the evening when you get back to the Tooth and Nail and set out in the morning.
The rooms you have at the Tooth and Nail are mostly meant for sleeping so drinks and food are in the common area.
There are a couple of games you can pass the time with, either odds or even or pin the tail on the imp. I'd like each of you to decide what you do this evening and where in the tavern you place yourself. Mostly because some minor events with the locales can occur during these visits, they can be important or just a case of gossip.
@ Canacha let me know what you want to do with the invitation from the Warden, so I know if I should prepare a special event for you and her.

Micheria "Mic' Musca |

I am getting hammered at work. New construction project starting that I have to run along with everything else. My posting rate has been no existant to say the least and I ahve a ton of posts to catch up on.
With all the new players in the game I am worried that my posting will be too slow. GM would you rather have me be the slow person or step away from the game'? I do not want to hold up other people.

![]() |

I don't mind you being the slow person for now but ultimately it's up to you to decide how you want to play. The benefits of pbp and especially Hell's Rebels is I can take people out on missions and and put them back in, in another mission.

![]() |

I just realised it was Meliora who used to handle the rebellion phases, so my question to you is, does any of you want to take over doing them or would you like to ignore those? They are completely optional I just included them to show how the rebellion grow over time, but it can also be done in the background, but you'll loose the chance to do some actions later.
Asking because we are nearing the start of a new week very soon and like to give any who wants to do the rebellion rolls get a chance to read up on it in the player's guide.

![]() |

Let me know what you want, mostly it's a background thing which rewards you with different things along the way depending on your growth and later you can use spy and sabotuers to change some events where you are sneaking around in buildings a bit more in your favor before the start.

Canacha Bais |

So Rebellion wise there are some new folk so do any of you want to take the reins in positions of either the Stratagist or the Spymaster.
Canacha has been the Demogogue for the most part, but as some of you are aware she may be well a bit mercurial for the role. (i kid shes technically fine for the role.
The strategist doesnt have a corresponding stat that is needed, they merely provide a bonus action each check with an associated +2 bonus.
The Spymaster grants a bonus based on either their Dexterity or intelligence modifier to secrecy.
Anyone extra can help with recruiting, its a level based thing so no worries about the stats involved.
We have an NPC in the position of Partison, its a Strength or wisdom based role. I believe she has a +2

Canacha Bais |

You are super awesome though Bicks! You would be the best person to keep the rebellion folk loyal. Cancha could easily slide to the roll of spymaster if needed, she has both high intellectual capabilites and very high dexterity.

Jack Duncloak |

I'll likely be without internet access until Tuesday afternoon. Please bot my PC if necessary to keep things moving.

![]() |

I will update the gameplay map later today.
If you like to start looking into the estate it is surrounded byt a 11 feet high iron fence with a hedge on the other side and a gate around the middle of the fence.

Lena Silas |

Sorry friends. I've had a week that kicked my rear. I'm doing my best to catch up, and try to have a post up by the end of today (Wednesday). I just wanted to let my games know I'm alive and kicking the week back as best I can.
