Aid Another
Sir Esteban will stand in the saddle and raise his lance with his knights pennon fluttering in the breeze and stare the enemy forces down in an intimidating manner.

Avalanche reared up and pawed at the air, neighing in an intimidating manner.
Intimidation: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (16) + 12 = 28
Alister Medvyed |
Alister is surprised by his brother's illusion, but tries to play along. He quickly moves forward to try and address the leader of the small group. "Best not to rouse him! If you let us through and claim not to have seen us enter, it will go much better for you. Or better yet, escort us to the tower and you'll have done your duty. I'm sure the Baron would reward you."
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (13) + 18 = 31
Piotr Denisov |
Over at the wall, Piotr looks for a entrance to the fortifications. Hopefully one where he and his companions would not be observed while the others are distracting the guards.
"Corb! Which way should we head to get into the castle?"
Piotr Denisov |
Corb lands near Piotr and croaks out a few words.
"Men. Meat. Food."
The raven then hops forward, clearly indicating that Piotr and his companions should follow.
Piotr turns to look at his companions, shrugging. "It appears that Corb has a suggestion. Or, else, he is just hungry and wants us to get him some food. Which is it, my friend?"
Corb hops one, twice and then takes to the air. Piotr eaves his companions forward. When they round a corner, they see a group of men carrying foodstuffs (including haunches of recently slaughtered beef) into a postern gate of the fortifications.
"Should we slip into that group?"
Fizz Moonberry |
Fizz follows Piotr, ready for anything, knowing that stealth will only go so far as long as the guards don't look at them. "Aye, let's try and slip in unnoticed while our companions distract the guards. With Luck, we can make it all the way to the Fortress, unnoticed"
Stealth: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (5) + 15 = 20
If I can slip into a crowd, my Halfling Feat: Easily Dismissed should help me
Piotr Denisov |
Piotr nods to Fizz, then looks down as he moves to join the people queuing to pick up goods. Once he reaches the group, he continues to look down while staying near the edge of the group until he can shuffle into place in the line.
When his turn comes, Piotr approaches the wagon and waits until he is handed something to carry. With it hoisted to his shoulder, the slight wizard slouches under the load and keeps his head down while he follows the others into the postern gate.

SUBTLETY
Evindyl, Fizz and Piotr try to slip unnoticed into a group of servants carrying foodstuffs towards the castle.
That's going to require some Deception checks, gentlemen! Please roll!

Alister, Aristu, Mikhail and Esteban are facing off with a hastily-assembled group of guards led by a sergeant and a knight. Aristu bellows a challenge, disappears and appears to grow to giant proportions!
Eyeing the giant and the three knights coolly facing them, the guards fall back in fear, but at a bark of command from their sergeant, they nervously hold their ground.
The guards are all Frightened 1!.
"Kill them!" shouts the mounted knight. The guards rush forward with spears, leaving the Sergeant and Knight behind to watch.

If we came in from the south looks like maybe 200-300 feet? Fizz can run 90 feet a round, so 4 rounds to make it there.
