So I go by order of posting unless the order can drastically change combat - it can in this instance. So Whiskeyjack has a higher initiative than Arval and so can act to stop him from the pit. Eldon and Kawrock will go after Arval goes (or not) into the pit. I'll wait for everyone to post before resolving. Or GMPC if there's nothing by posting time tomorrow.

Hey guys so the fight has kind of descended into chaos and my bad on that. Time to sort it out. A few clarifications:

- The icestorm has hit twice for 44 damage total.
- All three cultists are in the pit and thus out of melee - Arval cannot hit any of them.

To spell it out 'skilled healer' means you use a heal check to just cut the thing out.

Assuming that's enough:

Thinking quickly, Whiskeyjack grabbed a small dagger from his belt ans jabbed the point under the burrowing worm. He felt the tip of the knife pulse with the thing's burrowing mouth and wiggled the blade a bit more before popping the whole thing loose.

Following a couple of other GMs, I've moved from google draw to google slides. Basically it's powerpoint, but has all of the google draw features I was using.

This lets me have multiple slides for multiple relevant maps. So floors one and two are now at the new improved link. Everything has been annotated for your viewing pleasure.

Well, apparently the lake house within a 10 minute drive of Ft Worth had ZERO internet. Being without internet for 5 days was both a blessing and a curse (mostly curses). I am leaving tomorrow for another trip, but this time I *should* have internet enough for 1/day posting. In the meantime, I am going to catch up on my games. Thanks for the understanding.

Hey guys, sorry for not posting for the last couple of days.

I'd like to take a break from PBP GMing for a couple of weeks. (I am NOT quitting). I've been going hard at a number of games for a few years now. I've been short on time, missing posts, and have more players missing posts than usual in most games.

So with that said I will take a summer vacation from PbP game mastering, and return on August 28th. See you guys then! I'll check discussion threads in the meantime and if you're in a situation where you can freely RP with each other, please do so.

I take it that we (I) won't know about the plague until I get sick? Or is it commonly known ticks can spread plague.
I always thought it was fleas that did. I guess any bloodsucker will do. Wonder if vampires can spread it.

Yeah, real ticks do lyme disease and that weird thing that makes you allergic to meat.

Lena won't be aware, but the excellent knowledge nature checks mean the group knows they're vectors for nasty diseases and so could check for it without metagaming. I just told you because when I have literally forgotten about diseases players have picked up. Eldon should be dead from ghoul fever now for example. ;)
