I'll check my options, but I guess I'll end up just full-attacking again...
Funny, in the progression plan, next Level there's Fencing Sphere and Vital Strike on the list...specifically to deal with that kind of situation and provide a larger hit rather than multiple small ones.

We are all around the bear, by the way, I think you should be able to get sneak attacks.

I think the bear is dead. But since there's nothing else to act on nearby, I simply kept hitting it. I guess we move towards the stronghold together. If rushing ahead is an option, or helping out others in battle nearby, by all means Sigurd would have done so after realizing he can barely scratch the beast.

I failed to note that, but I consider the action an attempt to be taking 20 on Intimidate. If a few crew members help(e.g. by holding the prisoners or keeping them in check) and Eydis is there, I think my result of 27 should easily get to 30+

I think I'm going to have to call an end to this game. Not because I want to - I think you've all done a great job - but because I just can't keep up with all of my games and give all of you the game you deserve to have. It's not fair to you to keep dragging things out when I'm the problem. However, if you're interested, I can outline the rest of the plot and finish the story for you.

I can only speak for myself, but I wouldn't mind a slower schedule.
You have been one of the most reliable GM's I had the pleasure of playing with.
Gestalt gives a lot of options, and you allow(and encourage) spheres which adds even more goodness.
It's fun playing those characters.
I did write to you because I was worried about you. I don't know if your life situation changed or if it's simply become too much, or whatever else the reason - but I hope I made clear that is was not a complaint, only a poke to see if you're ok.
Regarding the game, I'm willing to try other options first - from a hiatus/break, to a slower pace...what you call 'dragging things out' is "regular pace" for many other games on these boards. Most of that would be preferential over having the game shut down.
That said, obviously, it's ultimately your decision.
PS: If you do in fact decide to shut the game down, don't forget to let me know how many kids Fastvi and the Gods see fit to give me in the epilogue :P

I'll be sad if this comes to an end. I'll add my voices to the ones stating that a slower pace is very fine by me, but I completely understand Real Life taking precedence. And if so, thank you for all the fish.

You've certainly got a lot of games on your plate! I GM two, and it takes up enough of my time - I couldn't imagine handling the number you have.
You're a good GM and I've enjoyed playing with you and the players all. However, after playing gestalt, I'm not sure it is my thing. I prefer my PCs simpler. I think this is a good opportunity to bow out, regardless of whether the game goes on at a slower pace (and if it does, then it is one less player that GM Rednal has to take into account).
Thanks all, it has been fun!
