So... I have been struggling to work people in and it has caused me to be slow. I have never had this big of a player integration and it is something that could only happen in PbP. As a result I am going to rip the band-aid. I wish i was more creative at this moment.
Not a problem! pretty sure we all understand. We'll get through a clunky into and get back into the story
Actually I'd aay the little fight here is what gave our group the chance to catch up. So it doesn't feel too clunky.
Also fair warning, Ayame will use honorifics (-chan,-san,-sama, etc) and will likely often address Ameiko as Onee-chan, meaning older sister.
Time to get moving again. I will not push so talk to each other and I will take people sleeping the rest of the night as my nod to push on.

You will see several catagories listing your initiative, perception, reflex, fort and will bonuses. I have listed your characters but did not update the bonuses. It is the job of the players to keep their characters up to date on this now and when things change.
If I use a table and it is wrong I do not go back, the rolls are lived with.
They yellow column will be the combat footer in my posts. I keep this mostly updated but it is good to check your AC and double check what I have for HP.

Sorry I continue to be uncharacteristically slow. I am trying to build a parking structure next to my business and the design / finance / review process has stared in earnest. Some weeks will be good and some will be bad.
I've also been MIA. Bursitis in both shoulders flared up and its. Been heavily affecting my sleep. I've been a walking zombie the last couple of weeks. It's starting to heal so I hope to jump back in soon. Sorry everyone
No worries. Work has me slow and we are in kind of an open world area so someone not posting is not a problem. Of course if a fight starts....
I'm flying to New Zealand for a delayed honeymoon. I'll he there for two weeks. I've heard internet can be unreliable so if I take too long feel free to bit me. Kagyu loves to face-tank.

Sorry about the AC confusion. I updated my headers but not the summary sheet when I picked up that fortification shield when we were fighting the trolls. I updated my saves and perception on level up, but I didn't realize you were using that for AC as well.
hope my dice turn around when I'm fighting something more important than a few Ulfen. lots of natural 1s in this combat!

So I've never botted for another player as a player before. So do I just post as Ayame with a large thing at the top saying for Loren?
When I have botted for people before I either make a post with a bold line at the top saying it is for another character, or add it to my own post for the round with a line splitting the post up and bold titles for both sections.

I will admit, I forgot he was even being botted.

I will be traveling overseas for work over the next 2 weeks. I plan on still posting regularly, but the timing will be a bit off because of the time zone difference
Okay so three things:
Are you guys okay will all sharing a tent? Because the large tent holds 4 people and we have 5 since Onas has(possibly) left us. Which means one large tent and one small one would allow everyone some place to sleep!
She's also going to buy some rations, although if you all prefer she can buy cheese and salted meat... which she might still do...
Lastly I plan to have her buy some kits, like camping kits and such. Any kit you can think of you'd want?
Sharing a tent is fine, though I'd request that there be enough space for Maitoh as well. I'm happy for us to share a tent separate from everyone else if people aren't keen on getting too close to a wolf!
Trail rations are probably fine, and we can supplement them with hunting if we get time.
As I said earlier, climber's kits might be useful, but they're comparatively pricey.
