Yeah the equipment list is hard to keep track of.
Should we divy it up to people and let them keep it on their character sheets, have a google spreadsheet we can all access, and indicate who is carrying it, or continue as we have?
Here is what I think we have right now:
======Potions:
4 CMW -found in safe
5 CLW -found before I joined game
5 Lesser Restoration -3 found in safe, 2 found prior to my joining game
2 Remove Disease -found in safe
7 Holy Water =2found in cabinet, 8 provided by town, - 3 uses.
======Scrolls:
1 x detect undead - found prior to my joining game
2 x hid from undead -found prior to my joining game
1 x protection from evil -found prior to my joining game
1 x Lesser Restoration
======Wands:
1 x wand CLW (15 charges)
======Equipment and devices:
10 arrows +1
5 arrows +1 ghost touch
2 arrow +1 undead bane
four sun rods
1 spirit planchette (maybe we should use this)
1 haunt siphon left

Zaz did drink a potion of Lesser Restoration. So far as I know, that's the only one we've used, so we can bulk Vrilli back up with some of those. Also, Zaz actually has that spell available now, although not prepped. However, she is now 3rd level, so can cast it using her Pharasmin symbol - her bonded object.
Re divvying up: the fighty folk should perhaps carry the bulk of the Cure potions - or at least most of them. Zaz is happy to take the scrolls, Remove Disease potions and any Lesser Restorations we have after helping Vrilli. Everyone should have 1 or 2 Holy Waters. If Zaz has the scrolls, it grants her a better range of offensive spells/debuffs. Not sure who should bear the wand.

Updated:
Zazaria: Remove Disease and Lesser Restoration,1 Holy,Spirit Planchette,
Vrilli: 1 CLW, 1 CMW,wand-CLW(15),2 Holy
Rufus: 2 CLW, 2 CMW,1 Holy
Leeoli: 2 CLW, 1 CMW,0 Holy,Arrows,haunt siphon
We had 7 holy waters, now we've used 3, leaving 4. When I had made the split I didn't know Anyi was still going to be NPC'd, so maybe Zazaria can give one of hers up to Anyi for that use.

Well Rufus had some bad luck right out being knocked out, but I think its more about where people are in their lives. Most that have dropped were in undergrad still, or in their twenties.. Schedules are pretty dynamic in college, and then there are parties, chicks, etc.
Us dads go to work, work a lot, but come home to their kids, day in and day out. Jack and I are the same, practically and also being my twin. We both work on a computer all day in our own offices, and its an easy thing to pop over and check in to paizo. instead of checking hacker news, or slashdot, or washingtonpost , or facebook i guess. etc.

The AP is interesting enough imo.
As far as criticisms of your GM style, it is hard for me to say much since I've never played with any other GM, RL or PBP. I am mostly satisfied with the experience, and I have fun. There are some occasions where I felt a little more detail would have helped, but I've just taken to asking when I feel that is the case. I don't know if it is the adventure paths, or you, but at first it seemed many of the fights were too easy. But the fight against the false priest and stirges in Carrion Crown, as well as the eel fight in Shackles were...dangerous. I like that.

Personally, I have no problem with the AP or the way it is being run. I suspect that the main issue is momentum: the early players, for various reasons, didn't contribute so much and then left (Asenath excepted, I must say), and we've been sort of stumbling along with new personnel since then. Rufus was a good find, but obviously he's got other stuff going on right now. I guess we just have to keep moving on and keep an eye out for a new player. It'd be nice if we could get someone who hung about a bit longer, but I certainly am happy to keep going regardless.

Hi. I have had no previous experience with PF so I have nothing with which to compare the current setup. Am enjoying the AP and have no isue with the GMing (which is greatly appeciated).
I also get the feeling that it's a stage of life thing for many of the exiters (speaking as another middle aged working chap with kids). I'm glad to hear there's been some interest from potential recruits.
