Gotcha; I do that quite a bit too.
Now they we've been through a dialogue and some combat, let me know what you think of the pace. Pbp walks a fine line - too fast and we lose some players that have limited posting; too slow and we lose interest. I can adjust either way. You'll see some posts where I seem to advance quite a bit - that's just to try and not get bogged down in the story; so my apologies if I go too far and skip ahead of anyone.

Father Grimburrow image up in the campaign info thread.
Gotcha; we'll see what the others think as well. Zaz is in NZ, I think, so around your time zone as well. I just want to make sure we don't go too fast for anyone, as it's very frustrating waking up to find that you missed a whole scenario
The Father can accomodate. Anyone who has been damaged, please consider yourselves healed. This initial battle was more for story than for survival; we'll get to the hard stuff soon enough;)
It's important to note that, while the Father seems accepting of your nature, he keeps an obvious distance when healing you - it's not as personal an endeavor as it is with a human. Pharasma and undeath don't agree, and a Dhampir toes the line;)

Guys, if you want to hear a bit more of Ustalav, Prince of Wolves is a decent book. It could have delved into the history of the region a bit deeper, but the flavor is there, and if you follow the misadventures of Jaggare and his bodyguard Rhadovan, then you'd like it.
And, no...I don't work for paizo...

I am in one sense fortunate in working odd hours - and having some long stretches at work where not much is happening - so I check in fairly regularly (about 5-6 times a day most days). I'm quite happy to up the pace a bit but I'm going away for a couple of weeks soon so my attendance will be a little more sporadic for that period. And yes, I'm in NZ so not too far away in time zone terms for Asenath.
definitely enjoying it so far!

Zazaria can cast Inflict Light Wounds. I can certainly prepare it if you'd like me to, although that would be context dependent...I can replace prepared spells with Cure Light Wounds but not Inflict (I think), so I'd have to have it prepared, and that would use up a slot that might be useful for debuffing/buffing spells.

I think it is a mutual feeling... Asenath would have been raised to know that the Pharasmans were probably never allies of her house. I had her react to the Father more out of instinct.

Asenath still has her scroll of inflict light wounds on her. Once Zazaria and Asenath settle into the group together she will open up about healing and what she carries with her. It might be a bit too early yet. :)

I been reading this pathfinder tales book called Liars Blade. lol it's pretty good half way through. I got it on amazon digitally for 11$ with the audio book that will play by itself or while you read if you want it to in the kindle app.
A rogue has a magical talking sword and they argue and go on a quest. It's cool to see the various classes represented in the characters. You can tell the sorcerer has a certain bloodline from the core rulebook and has some of the bloodline powers. I'll have to do the prince of wolves like that too if the narrator is any good. I'd like to get more into the setting a bit for our game.

Nice! I haven't tried that one yet. Currently into Lord of Runes, but I wouldn't recommend it until you read the earlier novels of Jaggare and Rhadovan. They're quite good books though, overall.
In case things lag a bit later this week, don't worry -I'm moving, and may see a bit of downtime. It shouldn't affect much, but it if it does, it'll just bra day or two

No worries at all MrA! I get that - hard to post when you feel like crap.
There are a bunch of ways to heal, Crag - spells, channeling energy, potions, Wanda, etc. you could look for a wand, yes, but Ravengro is a very simple town, so it may not be available. Kendra, though well traveled, has lived here for much of her life; I't may be a good idea to start asking some questions;). She should know where everything is.
