Ehren will remain in the citadel. In his current state, he considers himself more of a liability than an asset. With Saint Lymirin in play, he is not so concerned about participating in the battle directly. What he does next will depend on how his interaction with the Kellids goes, but he will help see to the tasks in the citadel listed by Isilme.

I suppose Xanderghul will also stay, since he has no real way to contribute to the battle and no personal reason to go anywhere.
I'd like to turn the golem back to our side. Time to experiment with things.

I agree with the general plan. Although, I am not sure what Hinagiku would do. If anyone bothers mentioning the angel's power, or when she fully witnesses it, then she'll probably realize there's not much she can do to help. So, she'd probably just help out however she can... if we get news that paradise hill was under attack, she would go there.

Isilme

We likely won't get news directly. The Lymirin would basically just fly from here to there unless she was escorting someone.
I think the real question is if someone wants to lead some troops back with Lymirin.
Xanderghul: If we had a spell like commune we might be able to get enough information to regain control of the golems. Or a more detailed search of the castle.
Longer term, once we have finished and we start settling into Drezen, I think we should try to figure out if the corruption forge can be uncorrupted, and if Staunton's weapon can be turned into a holy one.
Also, If we can find Joran, it might be worthwhile to try to convince him to stay. He'd make a good blacksmith for the army, even while worshiping Droskar.

Alright. So, first things first, you have something like a 32 diplomacy vs Jentak which is sufficient to sway her from Unfriendly to Indifferent, and her barbarians all the way to Friendly. I want to write something nice in response to all of that, but Tony and I celebrated Valentine's today and I am very tired (and have to be up early tomorrow) so I probably won't be doing that until Tuesday. I have Tuesday off.
Looking over your comments in Discussion, you seem ready to let the planetar go to Paradise Hill and smite as she sees fit, with only Hinagiku accompanying her. Irabeth will want to hold ground and guard the Sword of Valor with her men. The rest of you want to clear out the citadel, which actually presents some challenges worth getting into minutiae about.
So your proposed list of citadel things to do:
- Find Nul's coffin (Isilme)

- Search for remaining Succubus and Captain (Isilme)

- Search for Thoxel or remaining demons (Isilme)

- Sway Torag Golems (Xanderghul)

- Find Joran (Isilme)

Which would you like to focus on first?

Was Joran not there when we came up? Was Soulshear gone as well?
We're at 34 v. Jentak, assuming all pcs have helped. If Anevia or Ayavah can still aid, they can boop him up to 35.

Fixing the golems, looting the citadel, and purifying the Corruption Forge is all stuff we will probably need downtime in order to get around to.
That said, we should probably prioritize Nul, as I believe we are on a timer with him. We will need some stakes (which can probably be improvised) and some holy water.

Ok, I can agree with Ehren. First, we should find and take care of those vampires. After that, we can worry about other things.

That seems like the best call. Once we get the vampire taken care of, we can search more thoroughly for other threats.

You didn't look for Soulshear on the way back. You didn't see Joran.
Looks like you're headed back downstairs to look for Nul, stopping by the Captain's room on the way.
I'll move things in that direction once Ehren responds to the current scene.
Thanks for being patient!

You autopiloted us back. :P I assumed Joran had helped us back up, rescind Ary asking the planetar to spare him, I guess. I'd really thought he was therw.
Also, it'd have been a quick glance on the way through to know whether soulshear was there or not, I'd think.
Really disappointed. :(

Nope, only Hinagiku brought up looking for Joran, and no one commented on her comment. The only thing conveyed was that you wished to rejoin the army ASAP. If you ever want to do more than that, you have to say so.
It is too late to retroactively change anything, as if you had dallied, both the kellids and the planetar would have left by now, completely changing this scene.

It is not my intent to change your mind on any of these things, only to explain where I am coming from in requesting that information, and asking for adjustments as I find the answers to those questions.
First: Hinagiku brought up looking for him while I assumed he was there waiting for us. You did not list that he wasn't there any more than you listed that he was. In my mind, he was the way that we rode the lift back up, he had operated it, and we returned in that way. It was only because others had repeatedly mentioned that he was absent that I decided that I should ask; it had simply never occurred to me that he wouldn't be there when we returned and was absent from the scenes.
Second: I'm not asking for a 'yeah, we picked that up on the way through'. I'm not asking for a 'we searched for it.' I'm asking 'was it in a place we could have walked by and reflexively noticed it was there or missing'. Over the course of the five minutes that we left it there, I don't think we completely forgot about it, or would simply overlook it. We were afraid to touch it, that it would mess up our mission, and thus we left it where it was. That absolutely equates to the opposite of ignoring it.
All that being said, I accept what you've said is how you rule it, I just needed to get out why I don't agree with your stance on those things.

I have some stuff that I'm carrying that I don't really need and which we should either distribute or convert to currency.
- 500gp of powdered silver
- a scroll of silence
- a scroll of lesser animate dead
- a small-sized mithral shirt
- the vampire's vicious dagger
- a scroll of lesser restoration
- a scroll of dimension door
- a wand of hold person (10 charges)
Does anybody want any of that?

Ary Bishop

Anevia will wear the mithral shirt. She's a size small.
Ary will keep the silver, now that you're willing to share. :|

Xanderghul

So of all our loot, I think we should keep:
bag of holding III (Ary)
blessed book (Xander)
a scroll of dimension door (Isilme)
the ghost touch full plate (Irabeth)
the pearl of power II (Ehren)
the potion of neutralize poison (Ehren)
the wand of nondetection (Xander)
the oil of life (Ehren)
the wand of blindness/deafness (Xander)
the efficient quiver (Anevia)
Aaaand we should sell:
magical beast bane arrows (19)
javelins of lightning (2)
silversheen
elemental earth gem
flaming heavy crossbow
rod of mineral and metal detection
elixir of the peaks
- - - - -
Did I miss anything? Does anybody disagree? I know I peeked under some spoilers, I'm just trying to organize.
Does somebody want to take a look at the loot list and compile things we already had which we wish to sell, or should I do it?
Does somebody want to take inventory of things that people are already carrying to see how our relative wealths compare, or should I do it?

Xanderghul

Isilme's +400 Perception already does that, and it's worth like 5,200gp, which is enough to buy an entire really nice item.

Xanderghul

Alright, going through the loot list, we should sell:
- The human-vertabrae +1 conductive scorpion whip
- studded leather taken from an elf
- a darkwood buckler taken from an elf
- an oil of slipstream
- a potion of bull's strength
- Ignigena's mwk crossbow
- Ignigena's and Nurah's stuff (mwk backpack, mwk manacles, battle aspergillum)
- Rix's rapier
- Faelin's mwk cold iron longsword
- duergar's composite longbow
- Millorn's scroll of shocking grasp
- a scroll of mirror strike and shocking grasp
- a scroll of blistering invective
- everything inside of Valaria's bag of holding (except Yaniel's acts of Iomedae, the gold holy symbol of Sarenrae)
- 2 mithral chain shirts and 2 mithral heavy shields
- cave viper venom
- - - - -
Disagreements? Addendums? Things I missed?

            Beastslaying Arrows - Anevia
Mithral Chain Shirts - Anevia for one if we have one that isn't being worn.
Conductive Scorpion Whip should be turned into a church and thus be a 'bounty' not a sold item, IMO... if we're splitting hairs.
Darkwood buckler I'd like to keep for Anevia later, if we don't mind (once she gains the ability to use it)
I don't think we should sell Nurah's belongings.

Valaria Alazario

Yeah, I think that keeping Nurah's stuff to see if we can work on redeeming her and not have her executed would be wise. Selling all her s&** will likely not be great for her disposition.

Looks like we really need to give a lot of our loot-money to Hinagiku so she can catch up.

Next I will total up the amount of loot that we have. I am only including permanent items that are actually used - this means no consumables, no keepsakes, no loaners. Items that are used situationally are still kept. I am also not including random mundane gear - i think our loot totals have reached the amount that the 150 gold that we have of cloaks and waterskins and s@~% doesn't matter anymore. The reason I'm doing it this way is because we want to determine who gets to buy permanent magic items!
Inheritor's Gauntlets - 2,700gp
Knight-Inheritor's ring - 3,000gp
mwk adamantine lucerne hammer - 3,050gp
knight's pennon of battle - 4,500gp
Radiance (+2 cold iron longsword) - 10,320gp

boots of elvenkind - 2,500gp

Staunton's goods are on Isilme (which overburden her but you aren't doing much at the moment), and the horde is on Ary. Unappraised items are not included on the cash spreadsheet as no PCs have Appraise, so no one has any idea of their value. Attempting to sell these items with no understanding of their value will result in a merchant setting the value for you.
