I'm a Londoner currently living in New Zealand, so on Auckland timezone. Current poison is mostly kiwi wine and an occasional whisky. Pot went by the wayside a few years ago when I moved away from all my dealer mates.

Well, transport (both public and private) sucks, the housing prices are amongst the most unaffordable in the world and rising, if you manage to afford a house you probably won’t afford the utility bills or living expenses, violent crimes seem to be on the rise, and the urban sprawl is just getting silly.

But when you live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world who cares about all of that? ;-)

I went with a biped build I found on the boards here I liked. I think having a creepy frankenstein-like monster appearing will fit in nicely with the Gothik theme. Imagine a tall humanoid with a frog-goblin face full of razor-sharp teeth named Azzulzu. =)

Show went well, thank you for asking. The head of the Opera program spent 18 years doing comic opera for a living. One thing the man can do is direct a comedy. He's been here a long time before I arrived, and I haven't heard ANYone say a single bad thing about him. (That's rare in an academic setting.)

The Lost Thing? I have it recorded, haven't got around to watching it with the kid yet. The guy who illustrated it (Shuan Tam I think his name is?) is fantastic, great books.

Ha. Stepping out in front to challenge a whole bunch of bandits who get to act before most of your companions do is not a smart move either (unless you are the raging barbarian half orc with the big axe). Castiel is brave but he's not the sharpest tool in the shed I think.

Guys, very sorry for my recent absence - I've been busy at work and busy doing stuff that needed to be done before we go on holiday in the evening. I'm on holiday today and won't be around until about Saturday next week.
