To make sure i am clear, Nnn'tkklik'l will get the following:

MW Agafari spear (losing both my obby spears)
2 empty one-gallon waterskins
healer kit (10 uses)
unID'd crystal

If someone more martially skilled than the Kreen wants the agafari spear, he will keep a regular obsidian one instead of the agafari one, since he isnt a front-liner. that said, he will keep it rather than put it on the sled.

also, he will take the chatka if no one else is. he probably wouldnt use it but would rather carry it than it just be in the sled (perhaps some sort of sentimental value is attached)

If you prepare spells in the morning, which is the norm, then you should be able to do so now. Of course I know you are not necessarily the norm. :)


It's currently about 6-7 a.m., so the group could rest 7-8 hours (regaining spells and abilities), travel to the Maw and still arrive by mid- late afternoon. If you want more daylight than that you'll need to spend the day and night w/ the Stone's Children.

I have to admit to not knowing the psionic rules at all. Not even sure how many points Grit has. All I know is I have a power I can turn on as a standard action. I know it costs some points but do not know how many points I have or how quickly I get them back.

Where do I start reading to understand these rules?

With your rolls... I believe you have 2 power points, and your Offensive Prescience takes 1 power point to activate (so you can use it twice a day), gives a +2 insight bonus to damage rolls, and lasts 3 minutes (1min/level)

At least that's my understanding of things :)

I think Safia has yet to weigh into the discussion. I don't see that there's all that much we can go except walk in and spring the trap. Our options are somewhat limited. Still we should be able to buff a bit to prepare. Raun is fine with leading the way, but that will somewhat restrict the people behind her getting into the fray.

Agree Raun. Since we know they are there, and can't really surprise them, we could call out to them. Its gonna be tough to attack them with them being below us. If we climb down one at a time we are easy pickings. Ideas?

Well, it's hard to run a play-by-post when no one posts. It's been more than three days since anyone but Grit and Nnn'tkklik'l posted in the game play thread. If folks don't have the time to participate, let me know and we will recruit some additional party members. Otherwise, everyone needs to try to post at least once a day. Ahh, just wondering if the Gish would have drawn an AoO as it moved by. Doesn't matter. We can just say G stayed in the hall, waiting on the Gish to come further in.


I was a little confused by your description (you couldn't be in SE corner of the number 15 and 5' from the west wall) but there would not have been an AoO based on my understanding of your position.
