Yes, Let's use it as the map. That way you guys can move yourselves and not have to relay grid positions tome. I'll trust that you won't "overmove" during initiative, or "prescout" the map. It has a lot more features that we won't be using for now, although if down the road you guys want to explore those we can.
Jam, can you please send me a copy of your character? There are a few things I am confused about. Specifically, how many times do you think you can use Perfect strike per day, and why you think you can use it more than once per round?

My computer sort of shat itself. I had to reinstall windows and for some reason the paizo site is barely functional on my phone so I can never post from there.
Also I thought I could use perfect strike 6 times per day. And there doesn't seem to be anything that says perfect strike requires an action or anything, it just says you can choose to use it before any attack.
I may have confused the per day bit with taking rests like in 5e. I believed I've only Perfect Striked 3 times prior. So that would put me at 0 perfect strikes. I'll send you my character sheet on discord.
ahhhh, re-read the last line of Perfect Strike (No more than once per round) So we'll say the first attack used up a usage. So I should have 2 more left. But i'll go back through the forum pages and count up how many times I've used it.
Went back and counter. If we just look at my most recent use (Only using it on the first attack and not all 3. If there was no resting to get anything back that would be my 6th use of Perfect strike, which would put me at 0 uses left until the next day.)
So by next day does it mean 24 hours, or is it after a long rest?
"per day" in Pathfinder means the ability resets every 24 hours, with the ability resetting at a specific time of day, typically dawn. That is a guideline, not a hard and fast rule, but in my games, unless there is a good reason for it not happening then, I just assume dawn resets for per day items and abilities.
Bigrin, probably a dumb question, but since we leveled up after fighting the worm, but never stopped to rest for eight hours, does that mean we just added our new spells and class features without resetting our current ones? Specifically, I'd been assuming my memorized spells and bonded object had been replenished, but now I think that I was probably mistaken.
Correct. When you level up, you immediately gain new spells slots (but no spells), and abilities, but used spells and abilities will not refresh until you rest and recover as normal.

Really sorry guys, 1 thing after another! A new recruit at work, my second job and a one year old at home who has decided to start not sleeping again, I am exhausted and need some rest. Unfortunately that means my hobby time is taking a hit, and I have had to ditch a game, I was in. However, I still want to be involved in this one. Hopefully should be back with it towards the end of next week, just need to get some sleep and get my head into getting stuff off my workpile.

I thought we had camped recently, and only fought the things that appeared from the torch, and the giant. We haven't camped since we found Jam, I think, so we are pretty spent. Okay with calling it a day, but maybe closer to the entrance considering the dead bodies and the chests of old meat.
I agree. It's best to make sure we have an escape route.

I apologize for the radio silence during combat the last three days. I've been working back-to-back shifts at both of my jobs, and on top of family stuff when I've gotten home I've pretty much just had enough time to collapse into bed before leaving for work again.

While the forums have been in maintenance mode, I've had some very drastically changing personal situations happen and will no longer be able to continue with this campaign due to priorities and I simply can't guarantee I will remember to check this while much more important things fill up my day to day thoughts. I really enjoyed being able to game with you all for the short time period that has taken place and wish you all the best of luck in your endeavors.

I can kill him off at any time. Otherwise...yeah It'll be a year before we can lose him in town :)
Maybe we can just carry on with a DMPC'd character. I'd kind of like to keep moving, but since he's not coming back anyway, if you want to kill him off and just have the remaining four of us finish this part I'm down with that plan as well. Unless of course that screws up the challenge ratings for the encounters or something.
