Oh don't worry I've been keeping tabs on the Corona outbreak. I work at an international airport so I've been keeping an eye on it. However I am missing one of the major symptoms. Also after 24 full hours of being on the meds my fever is gone. Really my only problem now is the coughing. It leaves me exhausted.

Wow, lots of different places. I work at AGP.
I work at a rental car place in the airport. We get people from all over. I work at WRWA, or well now up the way. They moved the rental cars to the own area but we still see like 75% of the people who come through. Because people only come to my state are main for businesses.
I am taking care of myself the best I can. I actually had to go back to the doctor today. My fever came back with a vengeance Saturday night. I spent all of Sunday in bed, and went to my doctor's today. They upped the antibiotics and gave my steroid and a cough syrup. However the cough syrup knocks me out, so my ability to reply in a timely manor will be effected... at least for a day or so till my new meds kick in.
Also Torek, I'll send you the recipe shortly before my meds send my back under... Once I find were I put the paper...

Things have been a bit crazy around here, doing some shopping for supplies for my nieces, the stores around them were out of some essentials. I lucked out, so some stuff was still around by me, must have looked like the worst hoarder, but not so for larger families. All of you be safe while this time passes.

So... I just found something out. Erastil's wife is Jaidi, and they have two children together, Halcamora and Cernunnos!
This might have been new information that came out with the 2E book they dropped. But in light of this... Yeah it answered the question of why a god who cared so much about community life and marriage wasn't married. It was always believed he was married but he just kept his family a secret, but it seems all of them are also gods in their own right!
Interesting. Jaidi seems to not be too commonly worshiped though. Of course, Erastil isn’t that popular in cities either.
Well that is because Jaidi is, or well was, an Azlanti deity. It isn't surprising that Erastil's wife is a very old goddess as Erastil himself is a very old god. Once the Azlanti Empire fell there would be fewer and fewer who worshiped Jaidi. That said, given how Erastil communities work with the focus upon family and the community as a whole I could easily see Jaidi, Halcamora, and Cernunnos having shrines in the temples of Erastil. As well as many followers of Erastil to hold the three in high regard if not as secondary deities of the community depending upon their jobs. Those who are farmers and ranchers taking Jaidi as a secondary, those who run orchards and the family's own garden taking Halcamora as theirs, and those of the hunters keeping to Cernunnos as a second deity. Children who come of age would likely be given something of Cernunnos, like an item made of stag horn or bone, as a fertility charm. Proof of their adulthood.
These three fit so well with Erastil that any community would welcome them. Their areas and how they act wouldn't be out of place to them and really be seen as making life easier. After all everyone has their place in an Erastil community and it is important to know what that place it. So knowing there are other gods that are so close to Erastil with their own places that are needed within the community would only make it more likely for them to be accepted.
But these are just my musing.... ya know? XD
I think Paizo is trying to fix some of the gaps in there mythology that were in Pathfinder 1. They seem to be making what the gods or at least their faith wants of its followers much more clear. While alignment still has it's place in the system, most of the changes seem to add detail, and make each god more distinct.
It does look like we have now a complete fertility pantheon, it always seemed odd not to have an important female agricultural deity; in Jaidi and Halcamora they are quiet, but widespread. It would be interesting history to explain why Erastil the patriarch became the most notable farming deity. Autumn's ideas are a good start to that.

So! I went out a bought the 2e Gods and Magic. Because I was curious.... And because I am a lore nerd to no end!
There is a bit from the Erastil portion that explains why we didn't get anything on his family till now. We also have another name for him.
"Erastil is thought by most to have his own family, but he rarely speaks of them to his followers or involves them directly in his faith. The Elk Father wishes to avoid worshipers becoming distracted by their god's relationships- mortals should view their own families, whatever their makeup, as sacred, rather than focus on the family of a god simply because it is divine."
So while Erastil wouldn't mind if his followers worshiped those of his family, he wouldn't want it done for the sake of the fact they are his family. So communities that would also worship Jaidi, Halcamora, or Cernunnos are ones that tend to also focus upon those deities areas. A farming community would hold Jaidi as an additional deity, while those who have orchards would choose Halcamora, and ones with a large amount of hunters would add Cernunnos to the mix. Just as any community would take up another deity that would focus on what they hold dear. They just wouldn't do it because they're Erastil's family. The deity they choose in edition to him would need to have a place in the community and wouldn't be able to depend just upon the fact they're Erastil's family.
There is also a lot in this book that didn't get added to the 1e Inner Sea Gods book. If anyone wants some info let me know I'll gladly share! Also the fact all of us who worship Erastil are still unmarried is a bit of an oddity. Though while Erastil doesn't believe in marriage for marriage sake, he does believe ones should tie the knot as soon as possible. Also if you are a widow or widower and you have kids still, your butt better be getting married again soon because children need both parents according to the Erastilian ideas.
It doesn't have a lot on Cernunnos but it does have his Key Edicts and Key Anathema, so I'll put them here for you Augustina!

As I explained somewhere, Augustina was in charge of some daily clerical tasks and also blessing the hunts and the pieces. We should assume she was only a novice then, though, and the fact that her community parted while she stayed here to fight was the fulcrum that made her choose the Good domain, possibly as she was granted her full cleric powers by Cernunnos.
So, do we have a course of action?
Yep, ask Kesten if he'll hold off giving the horses back till the group returns, get ready to head out a dawn the following morning, and at least Autumn is going to work on the banner while everyone sleeps.
Oh uha there is one thing I wish to ask clarification on, are we or are we not sending Sasha away? Most seem to understand why we would but never really said yes or no to the idea. I just want to be totally clear before it becomes set in stone!
Also my work let all but three of us go. I was one of the lucky three to remain, but that means I now have to do the job of three people per shift I take. However the lower number should help so I don't think my posting will be effected... Too much...

Oh yeah it is really weird. At work on a Monday we normally do 400+ cars, the rental numbers for tomorrow haven't even broken 40! If the remaining cars we have out a rental return before things pick back up, we'll likely be shut down till this is over.
The silence of others is worrying but with things are they are out there it is understandable. Please take care of yourselves out there, chins up and we'll get through this together.

Oh, I'm here. Just didn't want to add much more to the conversation, and decided to lurk until we moved the action. Sorry, yeah, I know it's maybe a bit unfair, but I feel we could be immersed in the conversation for years otherwise. If there's something still to be said, I guess we can use spoilers or something while we head on to the next day.
Well if only you, myself, and Titian are active for either because of family stuff, Larin's new baby, or illness in Torek's case, or just because the whole place's work force has narrowed down and the others are being over worked, it will be slow moving. Several of my other games have slowed to a halt as well.
Also in Discussion, everyone is welcome to put their 2 cents in! So if you have an idea or something to say I am totally willing to hear it!
Yeah, I've been a little off, some stuff happening with friends and family so I haven't been as active but I'm still able to post going forward. I just thought I'd let everyone decide where to go forward from here as I'm not too sure what we all want to do, given the current circumstances. I'll see about posting tomorrow if no else want to take the lead.

Herger is for letting the stag lord bandit leader stew a bit in his juices. Thats 3 of his goon squads we've dealt with, we have a crew of soldiers guarding the fort if he attacks there. Marching on him now while he may be foolish.
At least thats how Herger see's it. Since there is no real leader designated at the moment, *lawls* He's willing to follow along with what other folk think best. I believe the plan was to head south to that watchtower.

I'm here, but with a new baby and being a microbiology doctor I'm only checking in once a day during the week and not really at all at the weekend. Also, I was waiting for stuff to happen.
So they cut and changed hours at work again. At least I'm not going to be there till midnight Monday through Wednesday now! I'll actually be home in time to go to bed at the same time every night which will help my sleep schedule which got all messed up again when my URI came back and the gave me more steroids and antibiotics... But I'm done with the steroid again.
Ours is still running but the majority of air traffic is greatly decreased.
AGP is at minimum traffic. I'm actually staying at home since my company is keeping minimum staff.
A lot of people in this region (including myself) live from tourism, so this is going to be a tough year.
I went into Sedona for work reasons yesterday. That place is usually a madhouse this time of year. Especially on a Friday. Not this time.
I’m a little ashamed to admit: I enjoyed not dealing with the bumper to bumper traffic and swarming tourists.
We do still have a GM yes? I really hope so! I enjoy this game and I'd hate to lose it. It's hard to find a game where you like the other players and the GM!

Some of my gameplay taps haven't been updating properly so I thought I'd drop a line here for him just in case he's having the same problem... Or it might be work because everything is crazy still!
One of the players in my first try at Kingmaker wanted to go at a troll we encountered. The party was 2nd level. The rest of us talked them out of it. We actually encountered a troll at 1st level, but were able to skulk away. Luckily, there were no bards about to sing on our bravery.
I apologize for not posting this earlier, I've been ill the past couple of weeks. With what little energy I had went to RL matters but I should have made all of you aware of this sooner. The issue is not Covid related, old issues are resurfacing. I will be slow in posting for a while. Please bot or otherwise action action if I do not post in a reasonable amount of time.
I'm still slow at posting right now. My niece has been in intensive care for two weeks now with outcome uncertain(Not Covid related either). I have been giving support to my sister and to my niece's husband and children at this time. I do want to continue but I'm very drained right now so posting will be light. The game should proceed as all see fit and I hope to return to a reasonable schedule soon.
