I'm going to be honest, Autumn need to be able to trust you if Drazen is going for the ruler role. Because of her Erastil faith, she is very... placest. If she does not believe Drazen can rule she won't follow him.
I don't think we'll have a problem honestly, though that depends upon how you play these -> mischievous and conniving, off. The loyal part does give you a good chance though! Because if you show you can be loyal to a fault or gain Autumn's loyalty, you'll have no problem taking that role.
@GM: Also as Autumn will likely play the role of Marshal, I had the idea to take the Leadership feat to allow her to train a second in command for when she's away "playing" adventurer. I also wanted to her set up what would be our kingdom's scouts and having her second come from them. Effectively she picks the best of those people to be her second and thus if Autumn is ever away or suuuper busy with her other job, they can fill in. Would that work?

Yeah, that's what I intended. Or if Autumn (or anyone else really) needs to cover a second kingdom role, the cohort could fill in.
Without doing something like this, a character is going to be spending half of every month doing kingdom chores, instead of adventuring. You can't fill two kingdom positions at the same time, and you need to spend a week working at each kingdom position.
As a further demand on a character's time, we will be using the guild building rules from Ultimate Campaign as well. Guild building is optional, but it's well worth the time, for those that chose to do so.
Are we going to use all the buildings in it? Because there are some really useful building that I don't think are in Kingmaker since Ultimate Campaign came out long after.

Oh you mean if it was a choice between just the two of us? .... that's a good question. Both are kind reluctant rulers, though if I came down to the wire I guess Autumn would step up. She lost everything once and she wouldn't want to again, and with no head to follow that could likely happen. Though she would rely upon Herger heavily. In Erastil Society, the eldest cleric has a lot of pull. Even with that said, if Herger came up and was willing to take the crown Autumn wouldn't object as, to her, he is the eldest cleric and thus it would be his right.
That is only if she does not believe anyone else within the group is worthy of the title or could not handle that huge burden. Autumn knows what it is like to have an almost impossible burden placed upon your shoulders. Thus if someone can't handle it they shouldn't. Yet if one seems worthy of the title but just needs a bit of time to grow, Autumn would help them till they could stand upon their own. Which is where the Counselor role plays heavily into her. Even with her youth she would take up the role to be that buffer between the ruler and the people.
It'll be up to the two of you in any case!
For the record: my choice of words was poor as I meant Machiavellian rather than conniving – he's not as much immoral as crafty and calculating...

Autumn, Herger. It's time to level up.
I have a special method I want to use for HP.
Roll d4 for HP then if your HD is d6 add 2.
If your HD is d8 add 4.
If your HD is d10 add 6.
If your HD is d12 add 8.
Keeps the fun of rolling, and everyone should have better than average HP.

Kidding aside, the d6 classes can come up a bit short in HP this way. I'm not sure if it needs adjustment or not.
Drazen is only 1 hp below what he would have if we did average hp/level. A good roll next level would put him ahead again.
Herger is actually a point ahead of what he would have if it were average hp.

You should have gear and monies equal to 1,000 gp. Including your starting wealth. So yeah, on level with the new players.

Just buy whatever you want, we'll assume that the widely traveled Tartuk picked it up in his travels. So it would be in his hoard.

We just need to come up with an iconic trademark able dish. Moon radish soup sounds a little blend though, maybe some kind of slightly spicy cake? Like a carrot cake, but with a bit more zing?

Roasted moonradish could be a good thing to have as a side to venison? Or maybe as just something to have in a large skillet on the table for all to share! I mean we're starting out as a close unit in a harsh land, so serving something up family style would make sense.

Yeah, moonradish stew with whatever meat they want to put in it. I would say venison but I am biased because Autumn is a hunter and it would likely be the first type of meat they would have till cattle and sheep and such is brought in.
