I realized that a few of my games didn't the the post, but my grandfather passed away. His funeral is tomorrow, so I'm going to try and post on Saturday... Taking a day to kinda... Breath.

Just dropping in to let everyone know that I’ll be away for a week from tonight. Please feel free to bot me if needed, I’ll try to drop in and post but I can’t guarantee that I’ll be able to.

Okay! So we closed on our house and spent all weekend moving in, the internet should be getting turned on Wednesday and my computer desk is arriving Saturday. So with luck, and skill and maybe some more elbow grease and I'll be back to active status the beginning of next week... Oh man... This weekend was hell! XD

Just a reminder. Don’t forget to roll perception checks as you enter a new hex. As well as any other skill checks you might want.
You can roll for the characters that are inactive as well.

Speaking of them, I’m thinking of running a replacement thread. I want someone to take over the characters till we get to the Staglord, then replace the old character with a new one of their own device.

Back on the topic of replacements. I think it’s time to think about kingdom roles. If you three existing players know which two roles you are thinking of filling, it would probably help the new recruits to decide which direction to build.

Well I will not lie that Autumn does seem to be taking the front of the group's lead... But I don't know if that would translate ruler well. Even more so as she doesn't have the full stats for it nor did I plan it when I first made the character. But I think she has evolved into a leader, if still young.

However I do need to ask, would the ruler be able to take on the Marthal role as well?

Sure. It would mean that sometimes you lead from the front.

Yeah I can see Autumn as that. She wouldn't be a ruler who remained on her throne. She'd be the kind that come harvest is among the wheat and the toil to bring in all that would benefit her community.

I've been open to the idea of ruler to be honest, just trying to work Herger into being more open if that makes sense. He can also do the bah i cant think of the name but the religious leadership role of course.

I can't say I've really thought about how Larin would move into the kingdom stuff. I think Councilor probably fits him best, and then possibly Magister, though he's not really that much about book-learning.

You could probably get within a mile, or so. Closer than that and the chances of being spotted will begin to rise.

Fair warning, won't get a post in till tomorrow night. Shit kinda hit the fan at work so we're in clean up mode and I didn't get much time this weekend as it was both my mother's birthday, and then mother's day.
