Between the ongoing conversation, Taenweth and Regina move the bandits' horses into the stables (I have updated the map and put the horses in the stable). I believe only two horses may be injured somewhat? The one hit by Regina's bomb splash and the one hit by Taenweth's cart?
Pyros hit two horses with his burnings hands attack. A third horse was burned with Regina's splash damage. Three horses were in Pyros' cone, but one of them made its saving throw, and it was the one where I only rolled 1 point of damage. So it wasn't burned.
Bull rush doesn't do damage, it only moves the target.
I probably made that a bit unclear. So, 3 horses have burn injuries. The packhorse and Happs' horse are unharmed.

I just had Taenweth suggest something. Like I said, she has no issue with killing Happs. But useful information could be good for a new party such as ours (he's experienced both in the lay of the land and the bandit leader's plans) and he could also make recompense to the Levetons for all his raids on their fort by working for them. Shrugs. Depends on how he answers. ;)

The silver stag skull pin I am assuming is something the bandits might carry? If we were wanting to be sneaky.
Do people have tents? I totally forgot to get one. And I put the long bow on my sheet since I realized I forgot it.
So, I have Regina on last watch, Taenweth on 2nd. What is the rest of the order?
Also, will you establish a routine for this? A standard marching order would be nice too. I don't have a problem with you changing it up as the situation warrants, but having default watch orders, and marching orders will save time.
It's been raining a lot where I live. Snow in the high country. Snow level is supposed to drop down to 5,000 feet. I live around 4,200 feet in elevation. So it shouldn't snow in my yard. I mention it because the rain always messes with my internet.

I have the same problems as you, but mine is really any super heavy cloud cover yay for living in the country and haveing crappy satalite internet eh?
I think the order we established at the trading post probably might be the best over all. Herger would be best suited at either first or last watch, but a lot of that depends on shift coverage and the like. Herger for the most part will always be in the middle of marching orders, so he can be quick to provide aide to the front of rear.

Well Autumn is pointing out that we should have those with night vision on the darker shifts. Taenweth's low light vision would work beautifully in first or fourth shift, as that is where there is just a little bit of light left from dusk or light coming up for dawn.
If we're tacking Autumn needs to be up front so that she doesn't get mixed up with everyone elses tracks. If we're not, second or last would be a good spot for her.

I was leaving 1st and last watch for any of the casters as is the general rule. So that is why I had Taenweth take second watch. Herger mentioned he wanted first and Regina took last watch (and both being human as well makes sense as their vision is limited more so than Taenweth's).
As to tracking, Taenweth has the best survival skill for tracking being she's a scout, so I'd rather she be somewhere in front in the order (I placed her second as Autumn's wolf and Autumn went in front so the wolf didn't spook the horses). Other times, she may need to check for traps etc so she will still need to be somewhere in front.

Pyros has darkvision, so he'll fill in some shift in the middle of the night that no one else wants. Likewise he'll take whatever position in the marching order. I think he's last right now, and he'll take that as standard if that's what everyone else wants. Having no particular needs in terms of watch and marching order, he's happy take a backseat to others.

I had no idea why Regina chose the last watch as she never gave her reasons in game. I assumed Herger took the first shift to give him time to sleep and prepare his spells ... thus the description 'among other things' as it covers others reasons other than lack of sight in darkness. :)

Edit: I believe that Taenweth would first need a bluff check to to achieve stealth. She was seen moving through the open. Or the move action to gain cover would do as well.
I'm trying to abstract the level of cover available here. the forest is not super thick, but it does provide options for shelter.

Yeah, the chase has left the map, so I didn't bother to move him. He's 60' ahead. So you could move 30' and make a ranged attack, or try something else. His, and your speeds are the same so you can't really catch him as long as you both keep making double moves.

As to the bandit I am fine with this solution. Though me might be working off his debt in chains since I doubt Oleg would trust him. Regina is no where near the mentality of putting the man to death and would rather see people redeemed.
