That all looks fine, please post into the gameplay when ready/at a convenient point.

Looking for 1 new players - Magic user - ideally a full caster

General rules for character creation:

No feat taxes

No 3rd party content

25 point point buy

One campaign and one other trait, no flaws

Players start at 5th level - starting gold for 5th.

Starting gold as per https://www.d20pfsrd.com/basics-ability-scores/character-creation/ - Take average

Players start with 1 weapon and 1 set of armour (not magical or m/w) for free.

Please, please, please do not apply unless you are willing to commit. We would expect that you post at least once every 2 days. If you can't that's fine PROVIDED you let us know that you won't be able to do so. Repeated non posting without prior explanation will lead to expulsion.

Grand Lodge

If you don't get anyone else I will offer a human or half-elf (Seeker optional) Sorcerer.

He will be a 9th level arcane caster and I can take the above archetype if the group wants rogue like trap finding. Without it, the character is a more focused caster.

@Grandlounge - that sounds fine - welcome aboard.

Grand Lodge

I will have an alias up tonight or tomorrow morning.

Looking for a cleric or some other kind of healer to join the group. Players are currently level 6 so would be looking for anyone joining to create a character for that level.

Interested. Not sure what I’ll submit leaning toward cleric but I hate getting only two skill points per level. I’ll look at some archetypes.

I’ve put some thought into this and here is what I’ve come up with: Arcane healer/sound striker bard. Gets channel energy and the ability to use performance rounds to cast cure spells (and use wands of clw). Plus, inspire courage, bardic knowledge, and sound striker range capabilities for more versatility (and 6 skill points/level)!

Thoughts??

1 person marked this as a favorite.

I like it. You'll never catch me saying no to a bard.

Music does seem to make things more bearable (but I think inspire courage helps too).

I love bards. I'm not so concerned with hp healing there are lots of ways to deal with that so I would not focus on that. Spells to remove ability damage, negative levels and death are going to get important soon. But if we don't have them we can work around that.

There is an oracle that gets inspire courage, +4 skill points per level and 9th level casting. There is also a cleric that gets bardic performance but has the low skills issue.

@Gaming Ranger, yeah a bard will be fine. The party is currently in a good place for new characters to join. Welcome aboard.

Hey, is it too late to apply right? Saw this post only today, I have a cleric ready for a Carrion Crown game I couldn't manage to get in. He is lvl 9, but would obviously level him down.
Jeremiah "Mad Prophet" Racek

Yeah that's fine welcome aboard
