I think now's the time to strike - we then ambush the leader when he or she comes over.

Didn't know you were scanning - was waiting for the nod, so to speak. Mulluq:

Spoiler:
These people are making his flesh crawl. Each of them reeks of petty, vicious evil - the humans and the mongrelfolk.

Hannik shuffles and looks around nervously. At this point there isn't much acting required as the majority of the other tribe gathers around them with more on the way.

Ghroth seems unimpressed and bored by the gathering. Tired of waiting he gurgles "Was promised manflesh. Is time to deliver. I take woman or talky one?" He juts out his lower jaw studded with needle like teeth and lets long threads of drool trail down before clacking his jaws shut and growling.

Everyone steps back to give Ghroth a wide berth. "What is that thing?" asks the woman.

Indeed. Waiting on Mulluq to confirm evil, but that said, the other evidence would probably be enough to move.

Fairly simple - the black lines are doors, all of which are shut except for the door to the north. The small room is where you met the mongrelfolk, and you have now all moved into the larger room. Please place yourselves in the big room. The Ms are the mongrelfolk, the Hs are the humans.

Mulluq's tail whips his sword into hand, having been curling around the hilt in readiness. With a heavy swing he hacks at the mongrelman to his front right, his disgust at the creatures choosing to let evil rule them driving his blade home. With his fierce opposition to evil, he follows up the powerful blow with an angry snap of his prodigious fangs at the nearest enemy.

Swift, draw sword with tail
Attack M3, 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24 vs FF, confirm 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21, damage 2d8 + 6 ⇒ (5, 8) + 6 = 19

Sol realizes that a different he'd have to shoot past his allies and opts for different tactic. He steps forward. A few words, a flick of the wrist and wiggle of his fingers and a patch of grease appears under the feet of the bad crusaders.

Move to F14. Cast Grease in G10,11,H10,H11. Dex save DC 13

Which way was does the door in F14 open? In or out?

Grease:
Grease

School conjuration (creation); Level bard 1, sorcerer/wizard 1

Casting Time 1 standard action

Components V, S, M (butter)

Range close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)

Target one object or 10-ft. square

Duration 1 min./level (D)

Save see text; SR no

A grease spell covers a solid surface with a layer of slippery grease. Any creature in the area when the spell is cast must make a successful Reflex save or fall. A creature can walk within or through the area of grease at half normal speed with a DC 10 Acrobatics check. Failure means it can't move that round (and must then make a Reflex save or fall), while failure by 5 or more means it falls (see the Acrobatics skill for details). Creatures that do not move on their turn do not need to make this check and are not considered flat-footed.

The spell can also be used to create a greasy coating on an item. Material objects not in use are always affected by this spell, while an object wielded or employed by a creature requires its bearer to make a Reflex saving throw to avoid the effect. If the initial saving throw fails, the creature immediately drops the item. A saving throw must be made in each round that the creature attempts to pick up or use the greased item. A creature wearing greased armor or clothing gains a +10 circumstance bonus on Escape Artist checks and combat maneuver checks made to escape a grapple, and to their CMD to avoid being grappled.

The door opens out.

Round 1

Mulluq moves up around Ghroth, toward the mongrelman in the corner. Tempering himself from his last violent swing, he slashes at the creature.

Move to I12 (if I can charge I will)
Attack M4, 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11 vs FF (+2 if charge can be added), damage? 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11

Mulluq presses the attack, sprinting to tackle another mongrelman. he slashes it across the body, opening a red wound and making it howl.

Behind Sol, the door open, and the mongrelfolk outside who was left to guard the approach to the lair peers in.

M1 is now effectively in the room.

Lying on the floor, the cultist casts a spell and then tries to struggle to his feet.

H1 tries to cast a spell, Concentration check 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19 v DC 17. He then tries to get up, DC 10 Acrobatics check 1d20 - 3 ⇒ (16) - 3 = 13. Success all round!

I'm standing next to H1 too, and also get an AoO when he gets up. Attack roll 11+2+2(prone target)=AC 15, damage 1d8+2=7.

Then it's my normal attack. It goes against H1 if he's still alive, or against M2 if H1 is out of it. Attack roll 11+2=AC 13, damage 1d8+2=7. If I'm attacking M2, I flank him with Sol, and thus hit AC 15.
