Just a heads up guys I'll be away from my computer from Friday till Sunday as I will be in London attending Dragonmeet on Saturday (for PFS games) and need the days either side for travel.
Thanks for the notice. Did you get the e-mail I sent your dmwellard address, and if so, would you like to respond in game?

Nazard, it looks like you haven't been able to check in to this game for about three weeks now. Is everything okay there is the Great White North? Do you need to call this one done for RL issues? Or call a hiatus until after the holidays? I certainly don't think there would be any hard feelings if either of those were the case, but if you want to try and pick up the momentum again I think we'd all be game for that too.

It's not real life or holidays, though it's diplomatic of you to suggest such possibilities. To be honest, it's struggling to find the enthusiasm for this game. It's not the fault of the players at all, or even the high turn-over, but ever since the RL version of this game I was running died off due to actual RL constraints, I've just lost the get-up-and-go to check and update things. I've drafted several of these posts, then I always delete them and start the game going again, because I completely loathe to shut a game down, since I made an obligation to my players to run it. I keep hoping that renewed enthusiasm will strike, and it might just be that I need to give this stalled car a push down the hill and pop the clutch, as it were. I have to imagine it's frustrating for you the players, though, to see this thread dormant for these long, extended periods of time.
But hey, if people are around during the holidays, and I certainly have more time to post during the holidays as I'm a school teacher in RL, let's give it one more go and see what happens. This is a relatively minor encounter coming up, and then tons more diplomacy and role-playing to follow, followed by an interesting and challenging set of encounters. The game's finally getting into a more traditional style of campaign for awhile.
There, now that I typed all that out and got it off my chest, I feel a little freer to tackle posting that map. Heading upstairs to do that now...

Yeah, it seems that way. Looks like we've lost Finn. I was giving it till after the holidays, but it seems like it's just not going to be. Thanks to all for playing. I've learned a ton about running PBP games with this group, and I'm sure I'll see many of you around as fellow players in future games.
