Just as a cheer goes up from the crews to see a dragon fall, the front of The Blade explodes, sending out a gout of fire 15 feet long and a pillar of smoke. The explosion is followed by another and another jet of fire, and another and another, and they keep coming, 15 foot jets of fire and a sound like thunder crashing down on the ship, so rapidly that it's like one giant peal of thunder across the sky.
The ship heaves sharply starboard, like a wounded gazelle.

Both ships are absolutely silent as what looks like a terrible accident aboard The Blade turns into a misty cloud of blood an a rain of dragon body parts falling out of the sky. Less than a handful of wyrmlings survive the assault of whatever hell weapon The Blade unleashed, and even the larger dragons are trailing blood and severed limbs as they fly through whatever that was.
"Hah! You stupid deadscales! Take that!" Roars The Edge's Master Gunner. "Kill those fu..." But the rest of his words are drown out as 15 foot flames begin to gout from the front of The Blade's starboard side, and the wave of death begins to plod down the Brown Dragon's flying wedge.

HEY! I was planning on attacking each round, after my first, as each time they got a little close, I'd gain more of my full attack back. No fair!

my apologies! I was afraid people were getting bored, and didn't want to derail the game. You still get your actions, feel free to fire, there are still dragons left after The Blade's attack. half a dozen wyrmlings were missed, and the four larger ones are still up. I'd have no issues with you picking out one of the survivors earlier, or even a bigger one.

Sam grabs on to whatever is convenient and watches his ship deal death unto the dragons. To be fair it was an impressive show but he was certain the dragons were expecting this. Waiting until the last moment, he pulls heat from the air around him and levels and hand at the oncoming dragons, waiting to see what will come into his range first.

Kiana and a dozen crewmen and women unload on the large blue dragon, arrows, bullets, all tear into the large dragon that Sammark attacked, and as the dragon keeps flapping, more and more bits of it are falling off, until finally one of it's wings collapses and it begins plummeting for the ocean below.
Half a dozen rifles fire into the medium blue dragon behind it, as it falls, and that dragon also crumples in on itself.
Both the Dragonbane weapons (whatever they are) unload on the Large Brown dead ahead of The Blade. Even though one misses, the other seems to riddle it with enough wounds that it finally collapses, wings fluttering as it begins tumbling toward the ocean so far below.
Awaiting PC actions, if any, will advance again tomorrow. I'd mention that the dial Selvan is monitoring is spiking toward the red now, but he seems to have stopped posting. :(

As the carnage unfolds around him, Sam pulls in another shimmer of energy. He remains preternaturally calm despite the reports of the guns and cannons rocking the ship.
Regaining Psionic Focus, going to cause some real damage next turn.

Alys steps to the port side of the bow and fires a potshot at the medium dragon approaching the flank. Her weapon goes off not with a loud bang, as would be expected by the shape, but rather a dull pulsing sound, barely audible over the gunfire.

The shot however goes wide, as she expected.

Connor watched as the blue dragons breathed -lightning!- at the skyships, and the brown dragons used some kind of sand blast. Both type of attacks damaged the wooden vessels of the Ashen Blade and the Ashen Edge. Electricity. I'm going to have to remember that. Connor thought as the archers and firearm-holders continued to target the flying reptiles.
He saw Alys against the railing, near the bow of the ship, and realized he had forgotten. People in the air. Elrohir. Now Alys. There were others as well. Connor concentrated, manifesting again.

A result of 20 to 29 creates a construct that looks like an accurate portrayal of that creature type.

Do not attack, but go around obstacles. Do not get between cannons or archers and the dragons. Continue as long as you exist.
The astral construct flew off the port (Port is left!) side, and Connor wondered if one recovery construct would be enough.

The gargantuan blue dragon swoops around The Blade, and breaths out, an enormous bolt of electricity smashes out into The Edge.

The electricity slams into The Edge's aft hull, the entire ship shudders and it jerks sideways from the blast. Several crewpeople go staggering around Reflex DC 5 to avoid falling. Wood blisters and burns, and the outer hull cracks and burns in spots, although the wood absorbs a lot of the magic in the blast before it can damage the ship.

The electricity pours over the deck of The Edge, slamming into Alys, Second Mate Trac'Elle, and Able Seaman Brass. The crewmembers are burned by the electricity, but even as it moves over the hull, the electricity seems to be pulled down into the hull itself, and the breath weakens as it washes forward, until what hit's Brass is only a fraction of what hit the ship originally. The deck spalls and burns, blackens and pops from the electrical damage.

The superheated sand slams into The Edge's forward rigging, rope twist and fray and snap, the foresail is shredded into confetti, the boom rigs collapse to the deck with a boom, landing amongst those already being hit by electrical attacks.

Brass and Trac'elle both grunt in pain as they are struck by bits of boom and tackle that come crashing down around them. Brass looks much worse off than Trac'elle.

A medium brown flies up and tries to bite Kiana, but his teeth merely slide off a field of energy around her body.

A medium brown flies up and tries to bite one of the gunnery crew, but the man ducks under the snapping jaws of the angry dragon.
Blue Attack Blade Gunnery Crew: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Damage: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12
A medium blue flies up and rips into one of the gunnery crew by the cannon. The man puts up an arm to block it, but the dragon just uses that to bite into him, nearly ripping his arm off. The gunnery crewman falls back, cradling his nearly severed arm, screaming in agony.
Brown Attack Blade Gunnery Crew: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Damage: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
A medium brown flies up along with the blue, and duplicates the blue's attack ripping into the other gunnery crew by the cannon. The man is savaged by the dragon, his chest ripped open by furious and sharp teeth and blood sent splattering over the cannon. Both men are seriously wounded.

Brown Attack Blade Archer Confirm: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20

A medium Brown swoops in from the north and grabs ahold of the railing as he snaps at the man with the rifle. The man's body stands there for a few seconds, before tumbling forward past the dragon and over the side, headless as it tumbles toward the ocean below.

Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
A medium Blue swoops in from the south and grabs ahold of the railing and snaps at Sammark. Agony erupts in Sammark's body as the razor sharp teeth rip into his torso, opening up a wound on his chest and shoulder.
Blue Attack Ballista Gunner: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (18) + 9 = 27
Damage: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (3, 2) + 6 = 11
A large blue slams into the hull under the Ballista from the south, and clawing his way on the railing, extends his head up to rip into the Ballista gunner who was firing. The man is wounded, but not dead, as the dragon rips into his back, making blood spray.
Brown Attack Ballista Gunner: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11
In another coordinated attack, the large brown swoops in from the north but misses his shot at the gunner on his side when the ballista suddenly turns and slams him in the side of the head. The brown shakes his head muzzily and hisses in frustration.
Blue Attack Flick: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
A medium Blue swoops in and attempts to bite Flick, but the hyperactive elfavian flicks his wings and deftly avoids the attack.
Blue Attack Halvavian Overwatch: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
A medium Blue swoops in and sinks it's muzzle into a halvavian on overflight, and the halvavian screams in agony as the bite takes a chunk out of him.

"I think it's time to repair." Connor muttered to himself. He mentally sent the command to start repairing the hull to the three constructs on the Ashen Edge. Connor also instructed the rescue-assigned construct to move more towards the center point between the two skyships, and watch for falling humanoids. (If the halvavian falls, the construct will go to catch him; not the headless guy.)
Connor moved to where the rigging had fallen, taking out his dagger to cut rope so he could re-splice it. He kept an eye out for dragons reaching in.
mdt, how are we handing repairs? Profession: sailor checks? The astral constructs have a general DC 10 skill, enough to nail boards across holes in the hull, I guess.

Not the one on The Blade, due to the rigging on the blade (it's on the back deck) blocking. However, you could target the brown on the starboard side of The Edge, which hasn't had a chance to move in yet.

For a moment, it appears the dragon was unnaffected... but then it just keeps dropping, wings locked outspread, head slowly drifting down as it continues to glide on in death, it's long slow path to the ocean sped up when it slams into the side of The Edge a few seconds later.
