I have a feeling Sees and Smoog are about to be unconscious.
But that 13 is a mortal wound, might have taken out half the thing's HP. We won't be seeing as many solo fights now that Hegh has Exterminatus... 3-16 dmg is crazy. Even more bonkers if he gets arcane arts. 4-20 in one hit?

Unholy Abomination

Moosh, if Exterminatus proves to be a problem, I'll look for something else.

Did we spend enough time in the basement to do a level up move?

If so, then Grick will increase wisdom to 18 and pick advanced move Spirit Guide and will make a new totem from Felix's skull and give it to Hegh who should be able to use it to call on the strength of an Ogre.

Once we've scoured the site for treasures, that's probably going to be our second end of session move.

Alignment - Sees-Death crushed the exuberant spirit of the bar crowd.
Bonds - I'd Like to advance my bond with Hegh to "I may be right, Hegh may be crazy, but it just might be a lunatic I'm looking for..."
Lore - We've learned Krondor has left the party with the necromancer and is headed south.
Conquest - We have subjugated and destroyed an outpost of the light.
Treasure - Sees-Death has secured the second horn of Gourlaug. Grick has probably bound a valuable skull.

From what I've seen, you've eschewed the proper use of doors, floors, and beds since you arrived. Avoid cleaning yourself or your clothes and eat your food with your hands and you might have a solid case. Given the topic of conversation, I wouldn't be surprised if your question was about how your clan was lead.

I notice a lot of you haven't resolved any Bonds so far, and it is one of the more vague/narrative-y parts of the game. It's important for Sees because she has everything to do with aid/interfere, which is why she goes to great lengths to make sure to resolve at least one of her Bonds, but that XP can make a big difference.
The bond's text defines your character's relationship with the other character. If that relationship changes, either by reaching the stated objective or by changing in nature, you can "resolve" it for XP. Keep an eye on your Bonds and work towards changing how your character relates to others.
It didn't get played out, probably because half our party posts 4-6 times a day while the other half only has time for 1, but Fssst totally brought Pork some sick foods (the steaks from the rogue hellbeast during the traveling). You could RP a little snacking and possibly make the case that that bond is resolved.

P.S.S.: Ammo isn't an actual count of the physical objects. DW ammo works by movie logic. You have plenty until your ammo stat hits 0. When you shoot a ranged weapon with ammo, you only use up a significant portion of your ammo if you have to shoot a bunch of times to hit once. A bundle of arrows with Ammo 3 might be thirty or so arrows, but it might never run out as the archer recovers arrows and mends them in her spare time. An ammo of 1 just means you're "low" and will have to shoot conservatively until you can find more.

Also, Sees is not carrying bullets she does not intend to use. =P

As long as Hegh agrees that our relationship has been taken to the next level (I.E. not disgust) I'll be reaching level 4, taking Metal Hurlant to match the new horn (not yet carved), and increasing my CON to 13, making it a +1 modifier. She's weirdly calm now though, so she won't be making as many rolls for a bit.

Going to be very inactive today. But assuming Moosh calls end of session, I agree. Gorlaug wills it.

O.K. Cool. I get how normal Ammo works but this bag of marbles is part of a gadget weapon Smoog is devising and is more narrative than mechanical. Any bags returned to Smoog will just be redistributed to those willing to take a little extra.

Grick rethinks his bonds with the other kobolds since they didn't make sense

Flung has a troubled spirit
Sees-Death and my spirit are bound together
I've heard the spirits speak of Pork's power
Thunk must learn to respect the spirit realm

New proposed bonds - what does everyone think of theirs
Flung starts fights, I will help him start more
Sees-Death must learn to respect the spirit realm
Hegh is addled and must be protected
The spirits say Thunk is smarter than he acts
Fssst should agree that I can bind his spirit once the long legs kill him
Smoog makes interesting gadgets, I will have him make something to make me more powerful
Pork is powerful and must use that power to send more enemies to the spirit realm

Exp gained
Alignment - continuing to facilitate the kobold spirit's revenge +1
Learn something new - Yep, Fssst makes volcanoes erupt +1
Overcome powerful enemy - Ogres are powerful +1
Loot memorable treasure - I'm counting an ogre spirit as memorable +1
Failed loot roll - +1
So 5 XP left after leveling up to level 3

I have also leveled up to 3. I would like to take the "God Amidst the Wastes" Move via "Hunters Brother", but it seems Cleric specific. Would it be possible for me to switch out that move for the Priest "Invocation" Move instead? it seems like the best fit for what I have in mind. My land was just destroyed. Pork's a bit unhinged at the moment, and I think It'll lead to some interesting RP. =D

So, heres is my idea for where I'm going with this.

Pork takes the "Invocation" priest move, and becomes a follower of Urgathoa. She seems a fitting diety for one as Hungry as Pork. She represents Gluttony, Disease, and Undeath.

Gluttony, well, Pork has always been a Hungry Kobold. But, where his hunger before was more a Primal sort of hunger due to his affinity, now add to it a darker edge. Where before his primal hunger could be sated by eating some delicious mushrooms or fresh fish, now it'll take much more to feed his dark hunger...

Disease is something that Pork would be well aquainted with in the swamps of his home. Where before he understood it perhaps as a natural part of the dangers of his home, he will now seek to spread it far and wide, vengence in rememberance of that which has been taken from him.

Undeath? Well, Not normally something a Druid would consider natural. But, he refuses to accept this death that has been delt to his land. He will not allow it. He will refuse to let this happen...and he will spread rot and decay and death to all to make sure the spirit of his home is never truly forgotten.

Flavor wise, I'm wondering if changing the flavor of my shifting would be too much. As an example...instead of Shapeshifting into a Boar, I would shift into an Undead version of it, Skeletal perhaps, or Zombie. Mechanically nothing would change, it just would add a darker flavor to the druids normal "Thing"

So, that's my idea. Lemme know if it's too crazy.

I love it. Let's explore this new, darker side of your character and see where this leads.

I will say I am enjoying the game immensely. I've played DW before, but it was more a seat of our pants guessing game, with a GM who had not really done anything similar before. I'll admit that I was struggling with how to make my Druid "relevent" in a a evil game, but, it all seems to be taking shape a bit. So Fssst I don't want to become a pest but I have a few questions about your ability to manipulate metal items with your 'Hand Crafted' move? Does it take a sacrifice of some kind every time?
-
I am exploring this for two reasons;
Smoog has latched on to Fssst as a kind of mentor/big brother and will be watching and learning from him;
also Smoog has the Master Artificer move but needs a workshop to do this in.
Since we will not have a home base for quite a while it seems,
I am hoping he can still tinker in the wild with assistance from Fssst's 'forge hands'
-
-
-
Mooshy, will you allow Smoog to tinker in camp using his newly forged tools and those he scavenged from Felix's sheds?
I have 2 more gadgets to create but getting a true workshop is going to hamper that quite a bit.

There's wreckage and debris from the oasis settlement scattered all over, Smoog. You find enough to cobble together what you need, as long as Fsst aids you, and his sacrifices are sufficient.

O.K. great, I guess what I meant was, do I have enough for a travelling workshop to use each time we camp not just here at the oasis?
I don't think I can make what I am planning on in one sitting and I would shy away from asking everyone to wait for days while I do so.

I don't want to gimp you too much, but I also want to make sure it feels really epic when you actually get access to a proper workshop. You're really good at McGuyvering strange items to work together somehow, but you should really shine when you're surrounded by technological possibilities.

Just keep in mind in the fiction that your workshop capabilities are limited in the wilds compared to civilization, and I'll let you consider your pack of supplies a "workshop."

The actual wording of the move mentions that it's dangerous to use unless proper precautions are taken. With a normal character, I'm guessing that means protecting one's hand against the heat.

That's not really a limitation that makes a lot of sense when I'm largely immune to heat and flame. Instead, I'm playing it like the alterations are sorta driven by bizarre mystical mojo that needs a sacrificial component commiserate with the level of the work. Could I turn a ball bearing into an arrow head with relatively little cost? Sure, I'd probably just need to melt a coin or two into the fire as I got it going.

Want me to make parts for a giant functional robot? We'll probably need to roast a good-sized town.

I'd be perfectly happy to roast a good-sized town.

One imagines the possibilities when one imagines burning the whole Wildlands down...
