Are we back? It looks like the boards are finally stable. I know that notifications have been failing for people, I'll start sending PMs if I don't see folks trickling back in.

Hey so I was hit in the head with a rock at work. I'm ok but I'm supposed to limit my screen time until we know I'm not super concussed, which could take a while. Bot me if you need to.

I work with at-risk juveniles. Kids on probation, kids with school difficulties, basically we're camp green lake but without trusting our kids with shovels.
Oh, stuff that I'm shuffling behind the scenes, too. Frex, there is a bit here that specifies in the mod that the PCs have only one lead they can follow up on - and the way you get that lead requires a Perception check.
Meaning they fell into the cardinal sin that if your team fails their Perception checks, adventure over.
Someone should read Gumshoe or something. But this is unsurprising, considering how bad the caravan rules are; this AP seems to be full of those kinds of problems.
Female Elf Psychic (Rebirth) 4|HP: 18/18|AC: 12/12/10|Saves: Fort +1, Ref +1, Will +3 (+5 vs. mind-affecting, +7 vs. enchantments)|Init: +2|Perc: +9
Yeah, for clues like that, you waive the check. Maybe have additional clues that the PCs can find with a good enough Perception, but the really critical clue should be a gimme.

This AP was the Caravan Rules experiment, along with the PC/NPC relationship experiment. I commend Paizo for trying new things but when they don't work it gets messy.
My S.O. is starting chemo this month and I'll likely be spending time keeping her intact. The good part is it's a fairly short treatment and caught early, but, y'know, this is never good, and the medicine itself is sooo toxic...
Anyway, long story short, I just won't have the bandwidth to keep running a bunch of games on here. I will probably still be able to play here and there as long as I can keep my time investment low, but managing campaigns is just going to be too much. :(
Regardless, I enjoyed our time together for what little we were able to accomplish, and if you can find a new GM to take over, I hope you are able to carry on!
