Hi everyone, I'm very sorry I haven't been able to work out for his game. It's a good one, but I have too much going on at work, and too much stress because of it to do much when I'm not at work.
I should have been more realistic the last time around and not returned for a second failure. I apologize if I've held things up or caused problems due to inactivity.

And it seems like this is bad timing. I've been working on some personal things and changing some habits, which unfortunately doesn't happen overnight. I need some more time to get back into the saddle here on the boards, it'll probably be at least a couple of weeks before I am posting regularly. Here's a map of Silvermoon Glade, with a few notable places marked, but of course you can't see those as your characters. Will just have to explore to find out what they are!
The map was made in Inkarnate (with some adaptations and changes by me), I love the program. Easily worth it, should you need to make any maps.
I figure I'll wait a bit to let everyone react to the shift in the sky before moving you closer in and starting things moving.
Ooh, nice map! The village is an awful lot bigger than I had been imagining - in my head I was expecting a large temple complex with maybe a few farms surrounding it.

it’s got a free version I think, but I can honestly recommend paying for it: it’s easily worth it!
So the map obviously isn't in 5 foot measurements, and the scale is bigger than it looks. I've created a token to represent the party for now as you begin your exploration of the Glade, we can use your individual tokens when/if you decide to split up later.
Also, for a bit we'll be organically exploring the village, at least until you find someone to help you with naming buildings and such. I'm leaving this part a bit open-ended, just so you know!
Hey all, wanted to let you know that I'm planning on catching up with the game soonish. I've got to get my own games up and running again and I didn't get as much done as I wanted to over the past few weeks. Unfortunately, that means I don't have a timeline at the moment, but I will be jumping back in as soon as I can.

True, and I've really come to accept that over the years. There are times that you do realize that a game's not really for you, however, and have to leave for both your sake and the sake of the other's fun. I'm not going to do that here, I'm enjoying myself, so no worries there.
Just as a heads up I'm on holiday for the next week. Hopefully it shouldn't massively impact my posting but please bot me as necessary to move things along.

Ah, I mistook Rutilux saying he moved up as you saying it. Sasha is safe! Thanks for pointing that out.
I missed that we leveled as well. I think with 25 points, Kiley's still out even with the extra HP. Her max would be 20 at level 2. Depending on how we are doing HP, she may still be dead.
Well don't forget that you don't die die perma until you're at negative Con hit points. and we do 1/2 HD rounded up, so that gives you 16 hit points total (plus 1 from favored class if you do that, I think you went with skill point for level 1?) Kiley's Con is 11, so you have an effective 27 hit points of damage until you perma die, and you can be stabilized immediately by Sasha and healed from there.
Close near-death experience, but you're not quite dead yet!
Right, I was thinking her Con was 10. Okay, post incoming and then I need to get to bed.
20 total HPs healed should bring Kiley back to consciousness. Sasha can do more, if we think it's worth it.
After leveling, how many HPs does Kiley have now?
I should have 16 max. I was down to -9, so I should be back at 11/16, I think.
