Hello!
GM for "Quest #8: Shadows of the Black Sovereign" which is listed on the spreadsheet as a "1st-4th" quest is actually a "3rd-6th" quest.
Can someone please fix cell "32-F" to properly reflect this?

Since I'm GMing two Core games, what should I do about PCs/players with stuff on their sheets that isn't Core? If they were 1st level, I'd just tell them to swap it out due to the free rebuild at level 1 rules, but, if they're 2nd or higher, and have played that long with non-core stuff, do they get reported for the game as Standard PCs?

@roll4initiative: I suggest that you do the following:
1) Boil a large package of pasta.
2) Wait for the pasta to cool.
3) Tie up the player in question with large wet noodles.
4) Read the Core rules to this player for maximum retention.
5) Quiz said player until they learn. Repetition is key here.
(All said tongue-in-cheek of course)! :)
Perhaps helping them to fix their character sheets to be compliant with the core rules is a good first step instead of forcing them out of the core game. We need more core players and honest mistakes are going to happen. :)

Hi, a handfull of us were on the waitlist for 4-99 with level 7-8 characters and a listing for Paizo (not Discord)
A new table was created with ElGrande as the GM and it was listed as being on Paizo.
It now seems to have swapped to being listed on Cayden's Keg (Discord).
Is there any way to confirm where this game is supposed to be?

I hope that ElGrande knows he is getting a table of players who don’t normally PbD. Good of him to step up and take the table!
I used one of the other invites on the sheet to get on that Discord, but Tupper wasn’t available last time I tried PbD. I’ve used Roll’Em bot for dice rolls, but this will be a little different.
Question:
Could one play the special with 2 chars (one CORE, one standard) at the same time (=in this event)?
If yes, does it have be in a different tier?
I already signed up for CORE 3-4, but I could send another character to either the standard 1-2 or 3-4 table to help make a legal table size...

Yes, Kaervek78, that is certainly allowed, since they are technically different systems and you would be playing on different PCs. Enjoy!

I apologize for missing this earlier. I have updated the level range for you. I also notice that there are now 3 players signed up. Hopefully you can get another in the next week or so, maybe with some advertising?
If you truly want to shift to a different scenario, I would highly recommend clearing that with your players first.

Okay, I've done play by discord, but not play by post on here....so, can someone point me to relevant info? How to set avatar, style guide (if different from the PbP discords), how to find my game (GM Super Zero's PF2 1-04)?

I'll start in reverse...
You can find your IC and OOC channels on the Gameday XII Event Listing spreadsheet.
The paizo forums uses BBCODE formatting, as seen in the "How to format your text" spoiler below the text input box.
PRO TIP: The paizo site likes to eat posts and then pretend nothing ever happened. copy your post to the clipboard (or similar) before hitting the Submit Post or Preview button.
PROTIP #2: You can use the Preview button to make sure your formatting is correct, but also to see your rolls ahead of time, so you can craft your post to match the roll. Fail a Stealth roll? Maybe your character sneezed.
As for setting your avatar, go to your Organized Play page and click the Edit button to the right of the PC you want to set. Set the character image to one of paizo's curated list of avatars.

How do I get RPG Chronicles set up if I do not have a registered RPG Chronicles account? I remember filling something out when I signed up, but I have no idea how to direct my players (or me for my chronicle) to fill anything out. I'd like to get a head start on this and not end up scurrying around at the last minute.
I do have an account and it was easy to set up the session. Hopefully it all goes as well when it is time to submit!

I think there's been a problem reporting CORE Campaign games. My Core game of Year of the Shadow lodge got reported as Standard Campaign.
It appears my Core "Race for the Runecarved Key" Special from last year's GameDay may have been reported as Standard as well.
Along with other Core games.
Can the reporting be fixed and all PCs be converted back to Core?

Looking at the records, unless someone changed the reporting it was reported as Core and all the PCs are still listed as Core according to the admin tools I have access to. If you or your players are still seeing conflict, then it will definitely need to be escalated to Alex.

I just checked the credit for your PF1 special, and Raknir is now correctly credited. You should verify that Bella got hers.

GMs, with only 2 weeks left in Gameday XII play, you should be winding down your tables (assuming you aren’t already finished) and getting them ready for reporting by our HQ crew. Hopefully you are in a good place to finish by the Nov 20 end date, but if not, please go ahead and mark your tables Ready for Reporting by Nov 20 so we can wrap up the convention. Then, finish your games as soon as you can. If you need assistance in pushing your game to the finish, please contact your PBP lodge Venture Officers.

Still no "boon award dropdown" on my RPGChronicles site. It may be due to only using a phone. I don't have a computer.
I had a player win one in the YotSL Special & I won a player boon in another game I'm GMing.
Bump. I never got a reply about boons that myself and other players in my games won. I noted it in Notes to HQ after submitting my last game that just finished.
