You're highly unlikely to find any comprehensive collection of RPG book artwork online, at least not legally, due to copyright issues.
You might get lucky with a Google Image search for specific images, but you'll probably need to spend some time experimenting with your search terms to get any useful hits. (I tried a quick image search for "villain codex back cover" just now, and the only technically correct match on the first page of results was a crappy photo of the physical book, from eBay.)
If you know a specific artist's name, you might be able to find copies of their work by tracking down their pro website, their gallery on DeviantArt and similar sites, or their social media.
And finally, I feel obliged to point out that if you want good electronic copies of any book art, the one reliable source would be a PDF release of the book itself.

check and see if the artist has a webpage, many of them will post their art there.
You can find the list of artists on the title page of any paizo book. Google away on the names! Unfortunately theres nothing in the book to link which picture goes with which artist, so you'll have to gaze in wonder at each of their portfolios.
