Update! The Authorization (aka order spawning) date for April has been delayed until Monday, April 13th. Thank you for your patience while we make adjustments for this very unique month!
So the AP volumes are still expected to ship this month? That's excellent! For you and for us. :)
So far, yes. We will update you all on additional changes to the situation. The begin shipping day has also been pushed back two days as well to allow the usual room between spawning and shipping.
I've been waiting for this update, especially after I saw the "closed until 4/13" change up top this morning (or was it yesterday?) Thanks for keeping us informed! :-)

Update Monday, April 14: The Authorization has been delayed until Tuesday, April 14 as our incredible warehouse team rolls into subscription mode. At this time we still plan to begin shipping on Wednesday, April 15. Thanks as always for your patience!

Hi folks!
We have begun generating April subscription orders. You should see a confirmation email and your order history update soon. During this time, if you see your April subscription products "disappear" from your expected shipments, don't worry! This is just our system's way of telling you that your April subscription items are currently being processed in order creation. As a reminder, the time that your order generates does not affect your place in the shipping queue.

Is there a reason why the two Adventure Paths (PF & SF) are being shipped separately? It's unusual and looks to be doubling my shipping cost.

It is also a pretty small month 5 products 2 AP volumes, a map, cards, and a pawn set. So that might be part of the reason too.
It makes you safer and stuff.

I think the process was faster because no non-April sidecart items got into the orders. At least, that is what happened for me. I usually have an assortment of backordered items that they finally got into the warehouse to complicate my order.
Same old story: I have a pending order but never got an email. Reporting it just in case it's useful when the tech team has time to track the issue down. I'm not worried.

My sub order and side cart is not in a pending status, I haven't received an email confirmation, I haven't received UPS confirmation and tracking, I don't have the PDFs from my order.
I guess that means that my order has not been processed.
CryAxe, you don't appear to have a subscription. (There are no subscriber tags on your post, like those up there on mine ^.) If you let Customer Service know what you're expecting to see, it might help them figure out what's going on with your account.
(Fwiw, authorizing your order -- what's going on now -- isn't finalizing it. No one gets tracking numbers or PDFs until the order actually ships, which, for this month, is expected to happen sometime between the 24th and the 29th. Authorizing just lets you check your order to make sure everything you're expecting to be there is there before it's shipped.)

Well, shipping seems to have started. My order is complete and Siege of the Dinosaurs is in my downloads.
Is it just me or did some book releases get delayed because of covid?
Makes me sad since I was really looking forward to the pdfs(unless my memory is just that bad and april was empty month) but at least I save more money in this month I guess and can buy older books

I think the Lost Omens offering was originally scheduled for April, but it's been a while since they moved it. It might have been related to delays in China before this thing went global, but I can't remember.

I did send an email before I posted here. As far as the subscriptions are concerned, all I know is they show up on my subscription page as active. I did receive the initial subscription just nothing since.
Yeah, you're not the only one I've seen this happen to.
I didn't mean to imply you were wrong. Merely that its an unusual glitch and in my experience they're better sorted via email rather than the generic monthly thread. :)
Looks like they're answering emails from a week or two ago but I'm sure they'll sort it. You'll end up with a bumper April shipment!
In case it's relevant to the web team, I did not receive an authorization mail this time round.
The order is pending, so this is just an FYI if at all relevant.
My physical copy of Siege of Dinosausrs is mis-assembled (one set of doubled 16 pages, one set of missing 16 pages). Do we know if this is a widespread problem and I should wait to contact customer support? or a one-off and I should start a thread? (Digital copy is correct)

I don’t know, but it’s a reasonably well known glitch to sew in an incorrect packet of pages and double up like this. You should start a separate thread irrespective of whether it’s universal or just a few of you, in my view.
It’s likely that will be the remedy regardless of how widespread the problem is. May as well get the ball rolling.

Usually by now we know what is coming out in the next month or two, but there is not a May 2020 thread yet. Just curious about it.
Also came snooping for the May thread. I think mine should be kind of hefty and if it’s close to $100 I usually throw on a little something extra to get rid of the shipping charge.
Though #154: Siege of the Dinosaurs (Extinction Curse 4 of 6) did ship I have still not received my physical copy. I see from the tracking that it hit Detroit distribution center on or about 04/26 and has not moved. Any assistance you can give would be appreciated.
Please ignore the above though it took almost a month to get to me it did finally arrive. Hope things get easier for everyone.

Mine did, too. I emailed back on May 16, but they're still getting through April e-mails. Paizo usually gets it right once they get to the issue so I'm being patient.
