Based on seeing the sticky post about keeping Paizo employees home as much as possible right now (which is a good policy) will this affect this month's shipments at all? I'm fine if it will. I would just like to know.

The first post in this thread has the start of shipping as this Monday, but I am pretty sure that shipping did not start then. I hope somebody at Paizo can edit that post to give us an idea what to expect. The lack of an update tells me that they are still discussing what is going to happen in the warehouse this week.

I just started subscriptions recently (Feb 25, 17248178, 4 subscription starting with extinction curse 2), and added pawn subscription 3/8 (7827205). Age of ashes is in the sidecart, and extinction curse 3 isn't listed anywhere. Is there something I need to do?

Just got the notification that the report has finished running. If you do not have a pending order in your order history and you were expecting one for March, please let us know.
I subscribed to the Starfinder rulebook subscription on February 26 to start with Near Space (in March), but I have no pending orders. I'm not sure if this is just because I subscribed in late February or not, do you think I should send an email to customer service? Thanks.

As of 5 hours, 15 minutes ago, the warehouse was still planning to stay open and working. That can change quickly, though.

Hi folks, CS is now all online and working from home after some hiccups getting our set ups to work. The warehouse is giving us just a little bit more time to catch the folks who need to make changes to orders or subscriptions before they begin buckling down on new release orders.
(My own hours are likely going to be all over the place for the next couple of weeks as my 8 year old is also "working from home" since his school district has closed as well.
Thank you all for your understanding during these extra ordinary circumstances.)

Cheers for shipping my March packages, I know times are stressful right now, any idea why they all shipped as 5 separate orders?
The increased postage cost is not ideal, I know the bestiary probably needed to be separate but the two adventure paths and two map packs could probably have been one package, did it work out as cheaper that way?

Hm. I'm about a hundred miles further. Stuff usually takes about 4 to 5 days to get to me. I don't have priority shipping. I should probably look into how much that would raise my costs.

Heh. Ten days ago I called the VA because I was unable to get a refill for a prescription that had expired. My primary care physician had to renew the 'script. "We'll take care of that right away" I was told. Last night I found out the pharmacy received the new order yesterday. So I called 'em again and got the usual "allow seven to ten days for delivery". I run out tomorrow. So now I have to decide if I want to wait for my new meds to get here, or go to the clinic in person and try to get the pharmacist to give me an emergency supply. A month ago, that would have been a no-brainer. Now, not so much.
I'm much less worried about when my sub shipment will get here. :-)

Charged but no final shipping. This is the second charge for this order.
Paizo doesn’t charge until they ship. You may be seeing temporary authorizations just to verify the card works and has the requisite funds. These authorizations automatically expire after a period of time if the charge isn’t finalized, so in long shipping windows it may not be unusual to have the authorization renewed due to the original one expiring.
The paizo FAQ has more details on this.

Curious too, but not really pushing. I just keep watching and waiting. May and June though.... I apologize before hand for my repeated posts because.... cards and minis.... still waiting to see news on the next mini set, can't wait to see what is in it :D

@Deathe25 - I believe your best off sending them an email or starting a new thread. You may want to clearly mark it as March Subscription so they know to look at it ASAP.

Sigh. Shoutout to whoever it was here in the town where I live who stole my debit card number and then repeatedly failed to extract cash at an ATM, resulting in the card being blocked and declining payment when my shipment was on its way out the door a week ago, bumping me to the end of the line.

By the way -- If our pending subscription orders have the statement "Product(s) not in stock" in red next to Transit Estimate, should we start threads in this forum or just wait for you to straighten it out and send our shipments to us?
I don't want to clog up the forum with unnecessary threads, but I also don't want to remain inactive too long if I actually need to do something to spur action from Paizo's side.

Looks like my auth ran yesterday. Holding my breath for further developments today ;) Absolutely no rush on my part, though... I have plenty to occupy my time and greatly appreciate any gears that are still spinning at any speed (and that applies well beyond Paizo).

How many March subscription orders did not ship? Mine is still Pending. Is there any hope of those of us with pending March subscription orders getting access to the PDFs of our subscription items before they actually ship?
I'm guessing that the 2-week warehouse shutdown is going to become a lot longer. The incubation time of this virus is long, and the various analyses I've seen indicate that even 6 months of the social distancing that we're doing may not be enough to keep our health care system from being overwhelmed.

Sorry I haven't been able to give an update before now.
Checking in on the Pathfinder Adventure Path #153 volume, we are over 90% fulfilled. Of the orders that have not shipped, about 10% do not have payment failures.
I'm working on determining how many orders (including non subscription) are left pending from before the warehouse closed, and drafting text to provide those customers with either a new shipping estimate, or to ask them for confirmation that they would still like the order. For folks who's subscriptions are otherwise ready to ship out, I'm looking at options for getting them the PDFs to tide them over.

I'd like to point out that the tax bug--where the system doesn't charge my store credit for tax on an order, thus leaving a Declined status and holding up payment/shipment--still seems to be an issue. As I mentioned in my post in the forum about it, I'm in no rush for the book (or PDF, even), but I'd love to see that bug get patched up. I'm not sure when the next official spawning date will end up being, but at this rate I'm considering just putting all my subscriptions on indefinite hold until the bug is fixed. It's a bit frustrating to deal with the same issue each month and have my subscription (and PDF's) held up in the process.
