So ive been wondering for a bit now on how to play Vega in Pathfinder....
I would like suggestions on the best way to build him with class and race suggestions, and for his claw....( the closest thing i found was the "Tekko-Kagi" )
PFS Legal Tekko-kagi
Source Ultimate Equipment pg. 20 (Amazon), Ultimate Combat pg. 1 (Amazon)

Cost 2 gp Weight —
Damage 1d2 (small), 1d3 (medium); Critical x2; Range —; Type P; Special disarm, see text
Description
Also known as an iron claw, this device consists of a fanlike structure of three or more 10-inch blades secured to a sturdy handle strapped to the forearm of the off hand. It can be used as an offensive weapon or defensively like a buckler, or used to disarm an opponent without provoking an attack of opportunity. It provides its owner with a +2 circumstance bonus on attempts to disarm or sunder swords or other slender-bladed weapons.
20 point buy, Paizo products only, and no dual archetypes. ( ie, no bladebound/hexcrafter magus and such, 1 archetype per class)
We are currently lvl 11 in our current AP, so i would like to see build plans to 11 if you please.
Thxs, and i look forward to your ideas!

Well Vega is probably human or a haughty arrogant elf, but if you make fantasy interpretation of Vega you may want to consider catfolk...

you get claws and on top of those claws you can wear these (for which you get free weapon proficiency as catfolk

There is a feat to get pounce with those claws (works on both natural and equipment)
and there is rogue talent that makes that you have D8s on your sneak attack with claws (natural & equipment), so you can go rogue or slayer (since slayers can get rogue talents)

I would actually consider Vigilante. The mask helps to fit the motif, and there is a Vigilante Talent that straiht up gives you a climb speed. The Deadly Grace talent gives you Weapon Finesse as well as extra damage to make up for a smaller weapon. If you went Avenger style then Mad Rush is a great "capstone" at 12th level, giving you pounce.

Vigilante might work, not because he wears the mask (that's his vanity) but because he's well known as a bullfighter, I wouldn't personally go that route, because he really takes no precautions to avoid recognition, but I would go Slayer, using those claws, while also possibly throwing in a few levels of brawler, as he wasn't helpless when disarmed. Perhaps a few levels of weapon master fighter, for earlier Advanced Weapon Training to bump up the damage of the claws. Definitely focus on stealth, as he's billed as a Spanish ninja, which the slayer class works perfectly for.

Not the bigget deal. Plenty of heroes in and out of Pathfinder take the Tony Stark approach. Heck, my Snake Style unarmed Vigilante fights better in her social identity thanks to Social Grace and that +4 to Sense Motive.

Couser archetype looks interesting, and it has some of the stuff Vega would use..... and might be good for a dip, but not the main class.
As for Race, i would like to stick to human, human-ish, maybe even elf...ish.
I was looking at Brawler yes for the weapon damage increase, but needed something else to go with it. Urogue has its points.
I havent looked into Vigilante much. Others at our table say theres alot of paperwork and tracking that needs to go on to keep both sides of the char separate, so im not sure there.
Slayer, Yes. Thats right up there with Brawler and Urogue.
As for being the "Spanish Ninja", how would the Ninja class stack up as Vega?
Thxs all for the great ideas so far!! Keep em coming!

High Dex and Cha, using a one handed piercing weapon (albeit with a bad crit-range)? Sounds like a swashbuckler to me. Maybe the Courser archetype for the Wall Run and Impossible Leap deeds, as well as free Spring Attack?
Wow that is an awesome archetype.
As for the OP asking about a Ninja dip. Personally I would only do it to get acrobatic master which gives you a +20 on acrobatic checks when you spend a KI point.

If you go for a Dex/Cha build, Ninja would work great. Either a 2 or 4 level dip would get you a ki pool and a couple ninja tricks.
2+ levels in Brawler to get martial flexibility and brawlers flurry.
URogue 3-4 levels would be a good alternative to ninja for the free finesse and dex to damage (unfortunately you can't have both ninja and rogue levels)
Slayer is a solid choice, as is a fighter dip for increased BAB and extra feats, you could go for some hunter levels and get him a bull animal companion. Lots of solid options depending on where you want to go with it.
Another weapon to consider would be the Tri-Bladed Katar
Katar, tri-bladed 6 gp 1d3(small) 1d4(medium) x4 — 2 lbs. P
