[Name]blade vs [Name]blade, fight!
That ability you described in the previous paragraph? The visual from activating that ability doesn't lend itself at all to the [REDACTED] check you're describing here. In fact, it would normally seem to work against that check.
That said, your item is solid, and has gone three for three in voting. It's just that tiny little descriptive thing keeps bugging me.

Item that lets you auto sneak attack, you keep winning because you are full of flavor and always up against something meh.

Not as much snark from me today. Quality was up tonight, as it should be post-cull.

If I have to look up more than 3 words in your item you probably aren't getting my vote. We had a guy in high school we called Mr. Dictionary. You don't want to be Mr. Dictionary.

I work in FinTech and I suspect all hedge funds use this item IRL. And yes, the [evil] tag is totally justified.

Item that I've downvoted 3 times already vs Frat Party....
For once, the already downvoted one wins.
As for next one. No, as a GM I don't need that extra work. My players are quite bad enough already for that one. :P
Is it me, or are quite a few of these items designed to make you a Power Ranger? I keep thinking of the opening sequence of the original show and the only one I have not seen is Rex...
I will kill you. Then I will be you. And none will be the wiser.

And another I hate uncorporeal item. I blame Monica for this ;-)
What you call an evil act is far more gentle than what that other item called a good act.
If you don't I win, If you do you lose.

Geoff Johns would like his ideas back
That spell is already a solid staple. Why would you want to make it even better ?
You are a joke item. You have slightly bad formatting. I love you. Keep it is ;-)

NOT YOU !!!
And I have to upvote you :-(

Other than a misplaced comma, you are a joke item that is perfectly formatted. Absolutely upvoted you and I hope to see you again soon so that I can do it again.
This backstory looks suspiciously like part of your home campaign

Disgusting item, I downvote you
The deciding factor was the Slot correctly used. And not between 2 superstar items :-(
Duel of two items that I just saw a few minutes ago paired against other items. The one I upvoted is better than the one I downvoted. Yay for internal consistency.
Your item is only useful for a single race ? Bad design IMO :-/

THANKS FOR MAKING A CHEAP ITEM WHICH WOULD REPLACE ONE OF THE REASONS A ROGUE WOULD BE INVITED TO THE PARTY!!!
(sorry but I am a very loyal rogue player and anything which would give more reasons to replace the rogue's role peevs me off)

Unstoppable attack item vs Unbreachable defense item. I expect the deflagration to wipe out a quarter of the galaxy.
You do not follow the proper formatting. What was you secret to survive the cull ?

I'd like to buy you a virtual beer.
Stormy weather vs stormy weather
+1 weapons/armour, I am beginning to despise you. Especially when you are expensive. If you're going to cost that much, at least make the basic abilities attractive. Or otherwise not boring.
Several items add a third organ to what would normally be a pair in a humanoid. I'm mostly OK with it as long as it's not added to a completely different place...
Both items are not good. This one's formatting is very slightly better. Upvoted :-(
Choices are becoming a lot harder now, with the first culling done.
I almost miss the unformatted joke items

Even if this strange word exists, there is a usual way to describe this effect and it sure as H does not use this word.
You're so boring, item, but you're so practical and useful. I feel bad about giving your much more imaginative but not quite so good competitor the vote.

Oh, it's an item I somehow haven't seen yet. I wish I still hadn't seen it. Beats the other thing though.
Edit: Hello there Marathon Voter title. You made that item worth it.
Up to 42 DQ emails so far.
Some of them were good items, too. :( But no matter how ubiquitous those spells or abilities seem, they're from non-PRD sources.
Gross item vs. boringly mundane item. I think I'm voting the latter.

Items that absorb other items' properties seem to be even a more abundant kind that blood-blood-blood items, this season.

If I put this second item inside the first item, will they both please stop existing so I don't have to vote for them anymore?
Oh yes your GM must be one Ahole if you designed that item.

You can always take a level in almost any class. You usually cannot change your race that easily ;-)
So many monstrous faces out there. Halloween came early for some reason.
