Customer service has quite a backlog (currently 1635 emails) so if you need to cancel something, you'll want to do so as soon as possible and not wait until the last minute.

The PACG Skull & Shackles Base Set is still listed in my September subscription, even though it was shipped with the August shipment. Shouldn't this be weeded out by now?

I dont know whether things have reached normality yet, but given I have my subscriptions sent for "ship as soon as possible" will this be included in any potential "Non-Paizo" subscription shipment? (ie do they also 'clear out' anything in the sidecart).

I'm imagining there may well be a comics subscription shipment between the September and October regular subs.

It looks as though a bunch of the card game promos are linked to the character add-on deck. If we picked up the character add-on at Gen Con as part of our subscription but didn't get all the promos (because they weren't all there) we will still get them right?

Also we aren't getting a second add-on at this time correct?

I'm going to be shipping out the cards the people at Gen Con pick up missed estimated by Friday. However, they will be sent from the Customer Service account and unfortunately not on people's individual accounts. This is the fastest way to resolve the issue.

I show the Base Set in my Subscription list. I didn't sub starting with the base set, I started with the Character Add-On deck, so I should not be receiving the bast set in my order. Please advise.

The Base Set is an annoying display only issue. And it is just as annoying for Paizo as it is for you. But it is only a display glitch. Paizo will not be shipping it to you. See:

Authorization is today. They usually run a few "test" authorizations first. They will probably test a PACG subscription that has the base set displaying incorrectly to verify it won't authorize. (In fact, I willingly volunteer to be such a guinea pig if Paizo wants it.)

Today is only "authorization" if, by chance, something goes wrong, when you get the authorization email if you see the base set on there, contact customer service. They will fix it for you before the shipping confirmation.

Also note, while authorization starts today, it often takes a few days to get through the all the orders. So don't freak out if you don't get an authorization email today or even tomorrow. Wait for Sara Marie to post that authorization has finished and THEN if you don't have an authorization email you can have a minor freak out. By which I mean just contact customer service and they will fix it for you. If you do need to contact customer service to correct something in your authorization email, I'd really recommend doing so by phone for expediency. If you can't do that, make a new thread and be sure to include in the subject of the thread something about "authorization incorrect" to call attention to the urgency of it.

I got my Skulls and Shackles base set yesterday. Woo hoo. I am having fun looking through it but my party wants to wait until we have the class decks and add on deck before playing. I think the "my subscription" page has gone bonkers. I not only have a duplicate base game but now have TWO character add on decks listed (and yes I know not to pay close attention to it until I actually get my authorization email. I feel for the folks at Paizo trying to work out these gremlins from the system. I hope it doesn't cause too many gray hairs.):

My card got authorized for the Character Add-On today and NOT another Base Game, so that's good. But the display is still really off: it's showing what got authorized today (Add-On and promos) but ALSO still showing a September shipment with everything in it (base, add-on, promos, and AP2). I'm having a little faith here, but I figured that anyone else who sees it might want to know that it looks like there's still weirdness in the subscription displays.

I am still hoping that they'll ship the Add-On early since I'd like to get playing, but we're getting to the point where I'm also beginning to wonder if the Add-On will even make it before we're supposed to get AP2...

It was bigger in testing and when I saw the smaller order with live data, I assumed you had just cancelled some stuff or wanted it faster than subscriptions. Totally forgot to check for the class decks.. because it worked in testing 9.9
