Please cancel my subscription for the start of the next PACG set. I believe set 6 for Skulls & Shackles already shipped, which is the last one I wanted to get on the subscription for now.

Should I just ship these back? I have no need for the extras.


I got the promo cards in the mail, sadly, they were the wrong ones. I realize my description of the issue is pretty poor though, so that is my fault.

I got in an extra copy of the Mistborn ship promo as well as the blessing, which is the promotional card that came with my order for this month already. I am missing the promotional card for December's order.

I have no problem paying the shipping to ship out the correct one, and I can also ship back the extra Mistborn card as well. Please let me know what I can do.

It looks like the order you placed to ship them was correct (Order 3434402) but looks like they shipped the two cancelled items and not the other items. So, I didn't recieve the Magpie Princess, but did get a second Mistborn.


Take care of saying Hi to your co-workers, and maybe some coffee or tea first. This is not that important to be a "first thing in the morning" priority :)


I responded to this same question about that order. To be clear, I was missing the promotional cards from December. I took all the cards out of the box to sleeve them, and there were no promotional cards there. My January order was just processed, so it is not for this month, I just noticed the two promotional cards from December were not included.

I can wait until February to save you from having to ship them by themselves. Thanks for your help in the matter.

I made a post last month about Order 3385888, and I didn't get the promotional cards. I notice they were no on my order this month either. What can I do to remedy this?


I did check the box, as I pulled out all the cards to sleeve them and put them in my main box. They were not there.


I got in the 4th Skulls & Shackles adventure via my subscription, but the promo cards were missing. I did have a Christmas card in there, but neither of the two promotional cards.

Please let me know if there is any other information I could provide.

They can get added to my subscription for the 5th adventure to save you guys from having to ship them out if that helps at all.


Thanks Hawk. I knew that was the case for August stuff and didn't realize it was a continuing issue. I would prefer they don't ship it by accident as it leaves another copy to get into the hands of folks that want it.


I started my subscription with the Character Add-On deck in August. Looking over my current subscription and what will ship, I see the Skulls & Shackles base set is added on in the list. I don't know if others are in that same boat, but I would like to bring it to your attention to remove from my list before it becomes an order, and verify anyone else that it might be happening to to remove it before they accidentally get charged for it.

I show the Base Set in my Subscription list. I didn't sub starting with the base set, I started with the Character Add-On deck, so I should not be receiving the bast set in my order. Please advise.

The card on my order was decline (still not sure why, funds are there), so I swapped cards on Monday after I got the email. The order still shows as pending. Do I need to do anything else, or does it just get re-added to some queue to re-process again? Order #3221591.
