Well, unless they're paladins with an Animal Companion, of course :-) :-) :-).

Aah, right, you know what I meant. Good catch though, that's easy to forget, since it is on the same page as "combat maneuvers" and has all the same "improved" and "greater" feats as them.

I'm pretty sure Improved NA references Improved Natural Attack.
Well in that case it's possible to retrain the 5th level feat into it at 6th level.
Animal companion can not retrain, as they don't have prestige points to spend.
So, release it, and get its (almost) identical twin, which can have its feats modified. At 6th level, you can pretty much get it fully trained from the get-go, anyhow, all bonus tricks trained by default, and 6 ranks in Handle Animal to train the Int 2 set of six tricks...

Yes, that's perfectly applicable for tricks which don't have BAB requirements. However, for feats, even if you get your pet at lvl 6, it still leveled up naturally from 1-5 and thus gets its feat at 5th level and couldn't have Improved Natural Attack before level 8.

Just like you can't make a cleric, skip your feat at first level, then take Power Attack at lvl 2, neither can a pet get INA at lvl 6.

No animal companions were killed when I ran King of Storval Stairs. So not even paladins with animal companions.

Also with a bit of a feat investment you can feint via acrobatics. Which means you are obviously not bluffing, it is not your fault you are obviously too fast for them.

The character. It ended up quite humorous, as since it was a multi table scenario, he started taunting the other tables while we were waiting for them to catch up to us.

Gonna pick that up as soon as I get enough Prestige to buy it. Wild enchantment on Dragonscale armour is expensive. :(

It does. A VERY overlooked option in pfs is to buy an item, hand it to a party member and say "hey, can you use this for me?" The spell is on nearly every spell list. It would be very rare to have a party with no one that could cast it natively or VIA UMD. Its why a monks first purchase should be a wand of mage armor even if they have the UMD score of a bookend.

You set up your GM screen; your module is printed and highlighted for the important bits; you've printed out every important NPC's character sheet; you've pre-signed all of the Chronicle sheets.

Then you look over the table as the players place their miniatures. Six combat-trained Tigers to go with the six players. And an eidolon (bipedal skill monkey). And two familiars (oh, but they're non-combat). And three horses. Then, two of the casters have five various "Summon Monster" scrolls they're letting you know about ahead of time.

What you thought was going to be a relatively enjoyable GM'ing session can now be compared to a football team trampsing through a scenario.

Heh, it's target is "willing animal" not "your animal companion."

Even still, it's relying on someone else to [possibly, situation depending,] spend their first combat action making sure your animal is present (because the only person who can restore the animal is the "caster").
