This one reminds me of one of my favorite comic book characters. Not so much because of what it does, but it has a similar theme.

I've seen several that would be good fits for Skull and Shackles campaigns, and a couple that would work for Wrath of the Righteous.
Huh. This one only costs just a little bit more to purchase than its construction cost. In either case, both costs are too low for what it does.

Ultimate Campaign seems to be really popular, I've seen several references to UCa's mechanics by now. Might be a problem for the CRB crowd, but I think its cool.

Toughest call was something that had that mix of mechanical uselessness and way too much detail to set off my weird personal fetish alarm vs. another item just as eyebrow raising that did nearly the same thing.

Without knowing what errors I made in my submission, is it really so hard to take 5 bloody minutes and read the actual rules? Also, using the template Paizo offered right there? If at least the idea had been good, but this is just a giant mess, sorry.
Wait... this thing is created with a 40th part of what the final cost is? I know WI pricing is part art, part math, but this is leaning a bit too much on the art :)
Damn, this is a really cool item, but it is so obviously aimed at metagaming "problems" with the action economy, I can't vote for it.
Now I really hope the artificer in my game never ever finds this one or I am screwed :P
