Its been running pretty close to the amount of time that I have been alive. I find that impressive.

Longer than I've been alive, and I still recognize that in the scheme of things, it's not long, but, man, is it impressive run-time for a show.

Kids today, with your music, and your pants... feh...

"I used to be with it. Then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me."

Sovereign Court

And it will happen to YOU!

Did i miss anything?

(Looks around)

I guess not....

We have run out of beans.

NNNAAAAAOOOOO!!!!

Their is truly a Simpsons quote for everything

I'm reading a book on hominid evolution, and even though the science is fascinating, I can't stop humming:

"I hate every ape I see,
from chimpan-A to chimpan-Z..."

So yes. About 90% of my cognitive processes involve Simpsons quotes.

Sovereign Court

Hi everybody!

"Ever since the beginning of time, man has yearned to destroy the sun. I shall do the next best thing: block it out."

I always questioned that statement have people really been thinking about how to destroy the sun. Then I went out at day time yesterday and was like "That curses glowing orb!"

It is no coincidence that buckets are just the right size to fit over most people's heads. Remember that, if you ever find yourself unduly distressed by daylight.

Only thing is I feel like that would get super warm real quick.

Fill the bucket with dry ice first.

Scarab Sages

Now THERE'S an "ice bucket challenge!"

Sovereign Court

No ice for me please, I hate the cold. I used to be unable to tolerate heat as well, but I've since adapted.

Why do all your suggestions involve pain?

Scarab Sages

Because it's funny!

Lousy evil clowns and their dark sense of humor.

OMG I had forgot that one that was like 3rd or 4th season.

"...in the unforgettable spring of 1983. Ms. Pac-man struck a blow for women's rights and a young Joe Piscopo taught us how to laugh."

No I don't think it was 83.

That's Marge's intro to the flashback from that episode.

What's weird is I do that automatically in response to stimulus, without looking it up.

"Oh, I've wasted my life."

Oh I know I was just seeing if you could find one that references 1992.

Using a Simpsons quote to reference another Simpsons quote seems enjoyably meta.

Well that would require some sort of 2000s Simpsons Referotron, which is a concept so ridiculous it makes me want to laugh out loud and chortle, bleh-hey...

Ah nice prof. Frink it up.

"Professor Frink, Professor Frink,
He'll make you laugh, he'll make you think,
He likes to run and then the thing with the.. person..."

I always wondered what his short would of been like.

"...the simple joys of a monkey knife fight..."

Beware Furious George.

Vidmaster7, this monkey is going to need most of your skin.

Its OK Waylon J. Smithers, Jr Has got this one.

It is one of his 2,800 small jobs...

I wonder if they have ever mentioned Waylon J. Smithers, Senior in any of the episodes.

He died saving the town from a meltdown, I believe, but Burns told young Smithers Jr. that his father had been killed by a tribe of amazonian women. Homer found his body in a quarry as a child.

But that was after my time.

Wow. They really have done everything one could think of.

"So this is what it feels like when doves cry..."

No i will not make a dove alias. I already have a table that is enough.

Yeah, a table made of doves.

Not familiar with that combination of avian and furniture. The only bird/surface combo I'm aware of is a Crowbar.

Who you calling a Stool pigeon bub?!

All pigeons are stool pigeons. That's why statues look the way they do.

Has GoatToucher just committed suicide?

No - all the tanning booths are shut, so he's baking his head to get that sought-after sunkissed look.
