Wrath, you would be welcome.
So far we have five confirmed with Peasant Railgun still to check in. If you come in, that's seven, which I can deal with.
Just to warn you, this will be a Paragon level game (probably starting at level 13). If you don't have much experience of 4e, that can be daunting. I and everyone here would be more than happy to help you out though.

Thanks Rev, very accomodating of you
spoilered the info below for space and in case the others aren't overly interested in reading it.
Now, the books I can use, and my understanding of the game comes from - The original core books (PHB1, MM1, DMG1), DMG2, PHB2 and 3, Adventurer's vault 1 and 2, Arcane Power, Divine power and Martial power. I also have the character builder that was capable of running offline updated until they changed the subscription model. It means I can build using a very large array of information, but I don't have the latest rules, particularly the essentials lines.
Will that make a difference?
Also, I can guarantee around 1 post a day short of major life events slowing me up. Is that enough, or will I slow down the intiative posting that your games have?
And finally, assuming that information still makes me viable for the group, what role do you recomend to best fit the group? I'll work around whatever the others are running since they have the experience with you and their characters. Are there guidlines for creation you need me to follow, particulalry in regards to gear?
Thanks again for considering me Rev. Your games have always intrigued me, however I'm only just now getting the time and abilty to try it online again.
Cheers

Okie-doke, if Pat's going with a melee leader, I'll offer up the following characters that I'd like to try (I'll slot into whatever role is left open):
Alukard, human vampire (striker) - original name, I know...
Chaine, human hexblade - infernal pact (striker)
Father Duncan, human runepriest (leader)
Jessa Ventris, half-elf druid (controller)
Kriv the Crafty, dragonborn artificer (leader)
Gladness, tiefling mage - enchantment specialist (controller)

I think I'll probably go with The Lost City. It's the right level and has some interesting (and varied) challenges along the way. It will take me a while to get my head around it completely, but that's just fine as we're not going to be starting immediately.
Wrath - with those books and the CD downloadable you should be fine. If you create a character, I can put it through the current online CB to check if there are any errata in the build according to current rules. I'm not fussed about Essentials either way, but there is at least one feat in them that any character should consider taking and you don't want to miss out on. I'm thinking particularly of Improved Defenses which offers a +1 per tier bonus to defenses and will very likely save you a feat slot for something more flavourful :).
As far as posting rate goes, once at day is great, more than that is wonderful. In combat I allow a 24 hour time lapse after your turn comes up and post on your behalf if that you don't show up by then. Occasionally there may be a little leeway on that, but I'm a fan of fast moving games. The exception was over the earlier part of the year when I let all my games get laggier than I wanted due to trying to run two jobs at once.
So far, the line up looks like this:
Bluenose - keeping Guldarin (Dwarf Invoker - controller)
Celestial Healer - possibly keeping Nayce (if so - half-elf assassin - striker)
Detritus - changing to someone darker than an eladrin cleric
Fabes - a wide variety of characters to choose from
Pat - melee leader under construction
Wrath - looks to me like you can pick just about any role you like. The obvious gap in the line up so far is a defender, but that might change if Peasant comes in and keeps Rusty.
It looks very flexible at the moment.
I'll open up a thread to get the discussions under way for this later this evening.

I'll stick with defender so Wrath can choose whatever he likes.
I'd like to bring Kevaras Zanorin out from his retirement as the mad abbot of Our Lady of Letherna monastery/boutique vineyard/hobby farm to take over from Rusty who'll open Bahamut's Bed & Breakfast—but don't tell him yet 'cause it's a surprise ;)
