Hi everyone:
I got an update from my guys in Liverpool. They are labelling the magazines and shipping them out this week as they get them labelled. I have been told that they should be able to get all the magazines shipped out by the end of the week. I will let everyone know when they say that they are all out the door. Once 150 and 359 are out the door, we will start to take requests for replacement issues that are not 150 and 359. Thanks again for your patience and we get this all sorted out.

Dungeon 149 has shipped about three weeks ago. Some folks are still receiving them. However, 150 and 359 haven't shipped at all, so it is a priority to get those out. Once they are out the door at the end of the week, we can start tackling replacement issues next week.

We know that everybody in Europe still needs to get 150 and 359, so we are sending those out first. After that is done, we will pick up replacement of older issues that are missing. Don't email CST until next week on older issues. Thanks!

Yes, Lisa, I have to say that if this would've happened to me with any other company, I would've lost my patience long, long ago!
But here, I always had the feeling you care for us and really try (apparently you did! ;) to get the issue solved!
I am still waiting for the last issues of both, Dragon and Dungeon, but I am sure they will hit my mailbox within the next week!
You have a fine company there, and I always feel good (means, safe) if I order through youre store or reading what you do do solve problems with customers!
A lot of companys could take you as an example of how to win a customer for life!

Absolutely agree with you, if another company just make me wait for so long, I would have been deceived for long time now !
But not Paizo, you rock and I'm sure you're doing all you can to make us happy and solve the problem with last issue of Dungeon and Dragons !

Just wanted to let you know that Vic and I are going on a bit of a vacation until October 1st. I will have my laptop along, but I have no idea whether or not I will be able to log in since we are going to be in the nether reaches of California and there may or may not be internet where we are going.
Glad to hear that the first magazines are showing up. When I get back, we will sort through all the missing issues and make sure you guys get those too.
Thanks once again for your patience through a very trying situation. I know that I lost some sleep and probably 2 or 3 years of age going through it. Hopefully, you fared better! :)

OK, now it's next week, so I just sent an email to customer service about Dungeon #149 and Dragon #358. As I've stated before, I live in an apartment building so any issues sent out without any name will not reach me.
EDIT: Oh, and for anyone who still cares... TPFGs web site is now "temporarilly [sic] suspended"...

So. I am still missing the final issues of both Dungeon and Dragon (here in Germany).
I, as well, consider them missing and hopefully get replacement issues send.
Over now to Cosmo-Service ;)
Remember that the magazines only left the UK at the end of last week. So the last issues are far from missing. Our policy is to give them 15 working days, which is three weeks from when they were shipped, to make it through the postal service. Issues previous to the last ones that haven't made it are indeed missing and will be handled by customer service. But please give these last issues a chance to get to you before emailing Cosmo. Thanks!

Dungeon 150 and Dragon 359 arrived today at Almada, Portugal. The envelope had a 3,60 £ postal label (or whatever you call that thingy) on it! I don't need advanced calculus to have an idea how much this stunt is costing Paizo... Thank you!
Ho! And a couple of weeks ago I received Pathfinder #1.
Now, only Dungeon 149 is missing... Well, there is no such thing as a perfect world, but tonight, I am happy.
